Cox Door Company Inc took care of me very well. They were quick to respond. I had used them before and the second time was as good as the second time.

I have waited almost a couple of months to submit this report to make sure my garage door continued to open and close well. My garage door stopped opening half-way while at the same time emitting a loud, grating sound. After checking sources on Angie's list, I contacted Cox Door. They were professional, pleasant on the phone and timely in getting someone to my home. Scott was the representative doing my repairs. He was punctual, friendly and professional. I was impressed with how diligently he worked. The price ($90) for the services was reasonable. I was pleased all around with my experience with this company. I would recommend and use them again.

The first time we called Cox it was because my husband backed out of the garage while the door wasn't completely opened!! It bent the frame and was inoperable. Cox came out that day and the service man physically bent the frame back into shape so that it would open and close! He did this for absolutely no charge!!! Wow, we were stunned. However, a short few months later, the door finally did become inoperable and the quote he gave us during his first visit was honored, and when the door was delivered, the service man told us they didn't have a standard 18' door in stock (they were sold out) so they brought an insulated 18' door and installed that, honoring the same quote as the standard un-insulated door. We very highly recommend this company,

I thought the technician who came out knew what he was doing. It wasn't a complex job. If I need something done that's similar, I would use them again. He was willing to educate me on what was needed to be done.

The technician was very professional, completed the job quickly and flawlessly, and cleaned up afterward. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the project and would recommend Cox to anyone requiring a new garage door and/or opener. We probably could have saved a little money shopping around, but given the level of timely service we received we were glad we decided to use Cox without comparing multiple bids.

Serviced the door, completed the work within 20 minutes, and was on his way. Have used this company several times, and service has always better than anticipated.

They showed up when they said they would (actually were about 10 minutes early) and had the job complete in about 45 minutes.

Met with Jason and got pricing from him as well as what my choices were. Then I scheduled with him. The installer was punctual and experienced. He installed the door in about 2 hours and removed the old one. All done well.

They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I checked with a few other people. Their price was competitive. They did what they said they were going to do. They got the job done in a very workmanlike manner. They were easy to deal with. We didn't have to have the garage door opener replaced, but they replaced the tracks and the door and everything else. Replacing a garage door is not messy, but you really have to know what you are doing. The springs on the overhead garage door are extremely powerful. You have to do a good job and line it up right or else the door will not open or close properly. They did everything well. They were knowledgeable about their trade. They are an excellent company.

Fantastic response, very professional. They even called my Home Warranty Company and argued with them about the repairs and what they should be covering. I will use them again. I have referred them to several of my friends and co-workers.

Jason Harrell from Cox Doors arrived on time to give me an estimate on installing garage doors on our barn. He discussed the various options in garage doors and asked questions about how we planned to use them in order to help me make the right choice. He was very professional, friendly, and stayed in touch with me by phone. He emailed me the estimate - $1225.00 for the garage doors. He sent out Tom Campbell from Custom Homes & Remodeling Company (I'll write a separate review for him) to give me an estimate on building the framing around the door openings. I paid Tom directly for his part of the installation and scheduled the days he would do his work. The doors arrived in two weeks and a Cox technician came out to install them. He was friendly and professional, and cleaned up every scrap of the mess. It took him all afternoon but the doors work perfectly. We are very pleased with the doors Cox Doors installed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to refer them to a friend.

They were very reasonable. I can't think of anything they could have done better. They were there when they said they would be. Their work stood the test of time.

Was very pleased with work. When the time does come for a new door this company will be the first I call.

During the initial phone call, an attempt by the intake person was made to diagnose the problem. He asked several meaningful questions, many that I wasn't able to answer, but he was very friendly despite my inability to help. The appointment was quickly established for the next day and the tech came at the specified appointment time. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the tech. I would definitely use them again.

I called Cox door and they diagnosed the problem over the phone. Tech came out same day and fixed the problem. Very quick service and response!

A return spring broke on one of my three garage doors and within three hours they were here working on it and would have been here earlier but I had to go out. Return springs are replaced in pairs and that is what they did. They also aligned two doors that were not quite right and adjusted the tenstion on one drive chain that was making noise, they were finished in 45 minutes and everything works perfectly.

The Install day arrived and the technician was a little out of his element. His service truck was in the shop for repairs. Not having his usual vehicle added a little time to the install "So fun hunting for tools and parts in someone elses service vehicle. The install went rather smooth. One non vital issue with the Wireless control to the ceiling mounted light. We both suspect that it is a faulty unit. Will exchange in the next few days and purchase a secondary light and a wireless wall mounted control panel.

As stated above the job was quick, professional, inexpensive.
