Description of Work: Garage door was off the track, half way up, half way down. Cox Door responded immediately, and were at my house less than an hour later!! I mean I actually spoke to a real person and they were there, got it repaired, and were gone within an hour and a half!!! They replaced a couple of rollers, re-aligned my tracks, oiled everything up, tightened all the support bolts. It was a marvelous experience!! Would I use them again, I almost hope it breaks again so they can come back!!!

Description of Work: Had 2 LiftMaster 8550 openers installed using the 195LM ceiling mounts plus keyless entry and internet gateway. One of the mounts had to be cut down to fit and was slightly surface scratched in the process but other than that - they were prompt, professional, courteous and did a good job.

 + -1 moreTHE FIRST MAN I SPOKE WITH GAVE ME A VERY HIGH PRICE AND DIDN'T KNOW THAT A REBATE WAS AVAILABLE FROM THE COMPANY. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH A SALES PERSON IN THE CONSUMER DIVISION WHO WAS MORE RESPONSIVE, AND VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. HE GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE, AND SINCE I HAVE HAD COX DOOR PERFORM WORK BEFORE, I WAS HAPPY TO HIRE THEM AGAIN. THE MAN WHO CAME TO INSTALL THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER ARRIVED ON TIME AFTER CALLING TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE INSTALLED THE DOOR OPENER, SHOWED ME HOW TO WORK THE KEYPAD AND CONTROLLERS, SHOWED ME HOW TO MAINTAIN THE POWER CONTROLLER. HE CLEANED UP BEFORE HE LEFT. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AFTER I GOT TO SPEAK WITH THE RIGHT PERSON AT COX.
Description of Work: MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I DID MY HOMEWORK, KNEW WHICH MODEL I WANTED, CALLED AROUND TO VARIOUS PLACES FOR PRICING, THEN CALLED COX WITH MY BEST PRICE TO SEE IF THEY WOULD BEAT IT.
