Very professional, they take pride in their work by making sure that everything looks and sounds the way it should and they work hard until they get it right. Their work is also very neat; they always clean up after themselves and care about how the appearance of their installations look. These guys take care of business and I will definitely use them again!

When we went through the process of trying to decide upon a company for this project - the first one we contact never bothered to show up. The next 2 companies basically limited in ideas of hanging a projector, hanging a screen and mounting some speakers. We would have to hire another group to come back and repair any of the wall damage that was necessary to connect the speakers.Then we had Chris stop by and the energy was immediately different. They go with an entire room concept - so that it isn't just a room you go to watch TV - it's an experience. It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Upon studying what would work best for the space - we ended up deciding to move a wall out to extend the space and move the door to maximize the viewing space. The workmen they had to do the construction were top notch. Throughout the project both Chris and Robert would come to us with ideas and we would discuss what we all thought would work with the space and budget. While the project took longer than I had hoped, especially as I am a big college basketball fan and my team was doing well this year- the guys were really accommodating in getting the components in so that I could watch the games even while the work was continuing. All in all, the room turned out fabulously! Our house has become the place to watch any major TV event. In fact, we have friends who want to move in with us! The biggest compliment were our friends teenage sons who declared the room as "Very cool!" There's no longer any reason to go to a movie theater to watch a movie. Wait a few weeks and it will be on our private theater! Please note that I put $0 in the cost as I prefer to keep that private.
Description of Work: Complete media room concept - including projector, 120" screen, full surround sound, wet bar and custom component rack. We ended up moving a wall back and repositioning the doorway and raising the floor to have tiered seating. This included installation of both hardwood flooring and carpet. Also, programmable lighting that is controlled from the remote control. I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of services - but that covers most of it.

It has been a real pleasure working with the members. They are not only great customers but great people as well. They've been very flexible as to the scope and amount of work that was done to the room, to allow us to come and do our best to do it in a timely fashion. It's been very fun working to build them their home theater and we are proud of how it turned out! Their theater can easily be called one of the best in the Charlotte area. To the members, thank you guys for working with us and allowing us to be a part of your project! You guys are AWESOME!

Description of Work: An estimate for installing and purchasing a surround sound system seems to be way overpriced. There was no discount when purchasing the components buying through them. Their prices should be close to what I can get them for retail. For instance, a Logitech remote goes for $279, they quoted me $449. I can see a small mark up, but this is rather high and I won't even discuss the prices for the other components they quoted me. I am highly disappointed that they chose to highly mark up the components purchased through them in their proposal. They lost my trust by inflating the price of the components and they were $1000 over my budget. Once my trust is gone, I can no longer work with that company.

This is hard to hear for us as we have built our company on hard work, honesty, and integrity. The member did not get the price she was looking for and instead of working with us, decided immediately to post what we believe, to be a bogus report. We've never done work for her. We hate to turn down business, however we decided to, due to the member expecting us to give her prices at cost and her being completely unreasonable. No company can survive that way. Our prices include much more than what she saw on her paper. We are always willing to work with customers when what we initially quote isn't what they had in mind as far as the project or price. In this instance she didn't give us that opportunity. After over 10 years and hundreds of happy customers, it is unfortunate to have someone who isn't even one of our customers write such a poor review. Our prices are very fair and we bend over backwards for our customers. In the end, they become much more like family to us. We will be happy to offer a huge list of references to anyone who is interested. We would have loved to have her as a customer but you win some and lose some. We feel such a negative comment is unfair but wish her well.

stress free, really !!!! Chris and his crew were in my hair on a daily basis and did not interfere w/ my space....I work out of the home...they are trustworthy, pleasant, thorough, and conscientious. BRAVO!!!!
Description of Work: house built in 1991:work done: intercom system thoroughout house and outside @ pool and front door. Stereo/ipod/satellite radio/playstation.Wii and xbox...throughout lower levels of house. Installed 4 plus hg tv's...all hookup'd and coordinated with 1 remote in each location...stereo speakers to coordinate w/ tv's and music capability, system capability inside and outside the home...media room and billard room are great !!!! workout room has tv/sat. now...yippeee...(my treadmill work is not boring anymore)
