Description of Work: Deck foundation repair.

Description of Work: Book Construction Inc. did work in my house. They fixed some leak in my ceiling, re-grouted my bathroom, did painting work and fixed my front door.

Description of Work: New roof, gutters, skylights.

Description of Work: They came out and repaired my roof.

Description of Work: Derrick with Book looked at our roof. We had roof damage from April as many of our neighbors did. We had a glut of roofing people stop by but were told of Book through a man at our church. We knew the owner so we said rather than just trying anyone, lets try them. Derrick helped start the process with the insurance and then met the insurance adjuster at our home to show the damage. The insurance did their work and then when things were ready by the insurance and us, Derrick came back out and talked to us. He had also dropped a book off earlier so we could pick what kind and color of roof we wanted. We had it for a while, so that was good. After a couple more weeks, working with our time and theirs, the roof shingles and other materials were dropped off. and a couple more days the work began. Derrick came and checked on things and he had another supervisor who did as well. There were I think 5 men who did the work ad they were all very kind and did great work. When it rained they covered the roof very well and there were no leaks. When the work was complete they had a punch out guy come and finish anything we had questions with. The nails were picked up through a heavey duty magnet. No check was asked for until the work was absolutely complete and we were satisfied. Since the Insurance only gave part of the total thats all I had to give after the work is done and then I will get the full bill to send to the insurance and then get the rest of the pay for them. It will be maybe 1500.00 or so more. I gave them a B with responsiveness as it is a little hard with all the work they have right now to get back as quickly as we would like them. Texting Derrick is the best route to get him or maybe email. We also had to make sure the home owners association was fine with the color and all as well. I had called Books office asking the day the were going to start, unfortunately the lady didn't have the right answer. She was a day off but no problem. I was overall extremely pleased about their work. Derrick even checked out the attic with me to make sure there were no leaks. They had a little trash up there from the ridge vent which I cleaned but Derrick would have been more than happy to clean. Also a trash huge bin was put in our drive for a few days but as soon as Derrick called it was taken away. I cannot reccommend this company more highly. I didn't have to deal with people smoking or the smell of it or drinking or cussing or treating me in anyway disrespectful. As I was here sometimes by my self, I never felt unsafe with the men working here. I felt safe and that goes a long way with me and my husband. I would definately call on Book Construction to do work for us again if I needed something else done that they could do or if I needed another roof which I hope I don't for a very long time to come. Very Very pleased. Call them today!!!!!

Description of Work: They gave me a quote for an addition to the house. It will include master suite, bathroom, hall and closet. It will also include a single car garage. They will also be doing electrical, plumbing and other works that is needed.

Description of Work: They came and did a full bathroom remodel for us in our home.
