The guys were amazing. Called them on Monday for a quote to cut down 7 large trees with stump grinding. They got back to me right away with a reasonable quote and they were able to come out the next morning to do the job. I was really impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work and the attention they paid to ensure my property was well cared for. The cleanup afterwards was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company

Requested a quote to fell a tree that was leaning toward the house. Nicole responded immediately and Billy came out to review the request and promptly quoted the job. After some additions and adjustments to the work scope (and waiting for the rain to stop) they came in and got the job done. I am very pleased with their job performance on the cutting and pruning. The yard was a bit of a mess but that was due to the torrents of rain and the heavy equipment needed to take down the big tree. In all, very satisfied with their work, and especially the rapid response to my inquiry. My experience with tree services is you are lucky to get a callback when you need a job done. Itâ  s nice to get a company as responsive as Axetraction.

I never have used a tree company in the past but when I found this company from the start they came out I talked about what I wanted done & salesmen was very professional & detailed & listen to what liked to have done so I hired them they work with my schedule to accommodate the day I wanted it done to removed three trees and grind the stumps down I was pleased with the work right off the bat I had them to cut down the remaining five trees in the backyard & they had it done in 2 days fast wow!! A great bunch of guys very polite knows what they're doing I highly recommend them!!

I had a 60 ft Sycamore tree removed from my backyard. I was pleased that they had the appropriate equipment and a plan to have it removed. They removed the tree, roots, and ground the stump and another one in my yard. They were the lowest quote I received. I would definitely use them again.

Large 70 Foot tree, and two smaller trees were removed. Their team was well organized, skilled and professional in all aspects of the project. They showed much concern for both for their safety and protection of my property. Aaron, their climber went high in the large tree and brought its limbs down one by one, most controlled by a restraining rope, with no damage whatever to property. The process was quickly completed with cleanup performed during the operation. Their salesman had previewed the project so that the team arrived with the exact equipment needed to accomplish the job. I would use their services again if needed.

Wonderful service, prices and customer service. Nicole was amazing and kept us up to date with everything. Even when I messed up and misread the quote, thinking I had requested the stump grinding, yet never did! Nicole gave me the additional amount which was very reasonable and is trying to get it done today even though they have other jobs and it was my fault to begin with. Highly recommend!! Also, they were done in less than 2 hours and the tree was touching my neighborâ s house so they had to be extra careful. They cut the tree down limb by limb to ensure no damage was done. They also didnâ t complain while my entire family watched their every move because it was exciting to watch!

We had a 90 ft triple trunk dead tree that endangered structures in yard. Axtraction responded to our inquire in less than an hour and came the same day to assess the project. We received an estimate less than an hour later. While there, they fully explained equipment and process that would be used to remove tree. We decided on Axtraction, because they were prompt, personable and professional. They completed the work ahead of schedule and completed our project with only a bit of sawdust left behind.
