Axtraction

Had 2 trees fall on my deck yesterday morning. They were not small either. Axtraction came out within 24 hours and they were gone. If you didnâ t know where they were, you wouldnâ t know they were missing. Fantastic customer service. I wouldnâ t ask for anything more.

Axtraction has all the machinery and crew needed to handle a big job of cutting large trees, bamboo and clear out the land. I was impressed with their professionalism, quote and quick completion of the work. I already have referred them to my friends and neighbors.

Very professional all the way through the process. Brought an actual bucket lift narrow enough to get through my back wrought iron gate to get to a dead tree 75 feet up in the air. Had to deal with a hornets nest as well so they had to come back the next day. Still honored the original estimate even though a few of them got stung in the process. Would highly recommend.

After lightning struck a tree on the weekend, they were the only company who came out and guaranteed that they could remove my large tree safely before the next storm came through the next afternoon. They carefully planned and executed in taking down the tree without any damage to my house. My yard was cleaned, and all the tree debris was removed.

Every individual that I spoke with was extremely cordial and helpful.

Did not finish the job that was contracted. Wanted me to pay additional money to finish chipping the tree. I declined. Left two 20 ft pieces of the tree. Did come back and cut into unmovable pieces after leaving under chipped limbs.
