Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed issue. Replaced bad breaker. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Also, I decided to get a quote for some electrical upgrades to my house. Steve provided quote within 15 minutes of our conversation.

This went unbelievably well. I called and got the owner Stephen on the phone. I explained the situations and wanted to arrange an appointment for him to come to our home to fix the problem. He asked one question then he provided me with the solution over the phone. I've been dealing with this for the past 30 days and no one could help but Stephen fixed it in 30 seconds. He was a great help. He and his company just went to the top of the list should I need electrical work done in the future.

I spoke with Stephen and he scheduled the appointment promptly and was extremely courteous. He did not perform the work however, he sent another electrician. He was friendly and was able to perform the work without any issues. It took a bit longer than expected and what Stephen bid however, he did not pass the cost on to us. He stayed with the original amount he quoted us. I highly recommend Stephen. I will most certainly use him again in the future.

Steve was great from start to finish. Prompt, quote was on target, job was completed in a day. We will definitely use him again.

Amped Electrical was the electrical subcontractor used by Exterior Additions who built our new screened porch and deck addition. They were punctual, thorough, and courteous. I would recommend them and well as use them myself for any future electrical needs. I identified pricing as N/A since the pricing was established by Exterior Additions within our porch/deck proposal.

Excellent service!!! I have hired several electricians over the years in the process of updating 2 older homes and this was by far the best experience I've ever had working with an electician. Steve gave me a quote over the phone and his prices are very reasonable. The final price he charged was the same as the quote. He was able to schedule the work quickly and was on time for the appointment. He is very friendly, professional, and honest. In addition, the work he did was really superb.

Steve is great. A ground fault issue with a GFI outlet was causing issues with several outside outlets. Steve figured it out. Issue solved.

Our living room was very dark even with lamps and overhead ceiling fan lights. I contacted Steve as he had done some work previously for me at another house. We talked about what we would need (6 LEDcans) and when the work could be done. Steve arrived on time and he an Alex got to work quickly. The work was done in about 2.5 hours which to me, was amazing. The lights are great and make our home much more brighter. Will be using Steve and Amped Electric in the future for some other electrical projects that I need done.

Steve Neal was very prompt and professional to deal with. Each of the multiple phone calls to work out the quote details was responded to promptly and professionally. Steve gave me a quote and stuck to it. He handled getting the permit, setting up the inspection and dealing with the inspector from start to finish. Both Steve and his assistant Alex did exceptional work with attention to detail, including extremely neat wire routing and placement. Steve went out of his way to make sure the work exceeded expectations, including even adding an additional pull line in the pipe so I could add additional wiring at a later date, if needed. Being an electrical engineer myself working in the Quality Field, I know good work when I see it! I wouldn?t hesitate to use Amped Electrical again.

This Fall we added two porches put onto our house using Exterior Additions, and Amped Electrical performed the electrical work on the porches. (Note: I'm guessing on the cost of service because Amped was the subcontractor to Exterior Additions.) This included overhead lights, exterior lights, outlets, overhead fans, wiring for speakers, and an outdoor television installation. Steve from Amped did a wonderful job with all the electrical work. He made suggestions about the placement of the fans and lights, and the work looks great. I'm glad I trusted his judgement on that. There are several things I really liked about working with Steve. First, he's great about responding. I never had any problem contacting him. Second, he is good about explaining the work he is doing and listening to your concerns and suggestions. Finally, Steve is really nice, which makes a stressful process (a renovation) much easier. I'd use him again.

I called Steve at Amped Electric and he responded almost immediately. I explained what I needed and where I lived and he remembered that he had done some prior work for me. I had used Steve in the past from finding him on Angie's list. He set up an appointment and came out, calling first, and completed the job in just over an hour. He kept in touch prior to his coming out, went and purchased everything I needed, and is coming back to check to see if adjustments need to be made. Steve is friendly, professional, prompt and very courteous.

Stephen was able to find time, on short notice, in his schedule to perform some electrical work in my house. I experienced some electrical problems prior to the arrival of company at my house and needed some work done as quickly as possible. Stephen went out of his way to work with me and was able to perform the repairs in time. Stephen and his assistant arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to remove and replace the exhaust fan. I live in an old house and the fan had been installed when there was still an attic. There is now a second story on the house and accessibility is limited. They performed the work in a timely manner, keeping me informed as to any potential issues as they came up. They also found time to do the kitchen light, which wasn't originally part of the work order. After the job was done they did a nice clean up the work sites. They were faithful to their original estimate. They were very polite and personable. I'm very pleased.

After reviewing electricians on Angie's List, my husband decided we would use Amped. I called and left a message on the answering machine. John called back and we settled on a date and time. On the evening before they were to come, John called and said because of needing to finish a job from that day the next morning, they would be about an hour later doing ours. This was fine, I appreciated the call. They arrived on time and despite the heavy rain installed the light fixture. I am happy to have the new light.

I contacted Amped Electrical to schedule a repair job and I took the first appointment that they offered. Two days later, at the scheduled appointment time, no one came to our home. After almost two hours of attempting to reach someone and leaving multiple messages, they finally answered the phone to tell me that they scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and that they would not come to honor the appointment they set because they were too busy. This may be an oversight on their part, but I would not attempt to do business with them again and I would not recommend them to my friends.

It was a big project and it took a lot of time, but it was a pleasure having them here. They were friendly, extremely professional and careful with our rugs and furniture. We were not left with any mess from having to cut through the walls. Steve even lined up the sheet rock installer and he was at our house the next morning! I was so happy with Steve's work that he will be back in a few weeks for some more projects!

I needed to replace all the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in my home ASAP. They were 13 yrs old and out of date and started to go off in the middle of the night. After several calls to multiple electricians regarding pricing and scheduling I talked to Stephen Neal. He was competent, knowledgeable and was willing to come out to my home the same day after already completing his work for the day and was headed home. Not only that, but he stopped at Lowe's Home Improvement for me to pick up an additional detector to make sure my home met code. Great service, friendly and professional! I will definitely be using Amped Electrical, Inc. for all future needs and will highly recommend him to anyone.

I called amped electrical with some electrical issues that I needed fixed. Amped came highly recommended from Air Right heating and cooling who was at my house the day before fixing my Air! AMPED electrical showed up on time in a company uniform and was very professional , I was very happy with the recommendations and their work ! They Fixed a few light switches and change a bad outlet for me. I am so glad I used this company and would highly recommend them to everyone like they were recommended to me. THANKS

Steve and his assistant showed up on time and worked through some challenges along the way to complete the job. They were knowledgeable and helped me make informed decisions. Had another problem with the doorbell the following day and received a quick response and replacement.

Steve did an excellant job. He was always there when he said he would be there and performed excellant work in a very professional manner. He was very pleasant to deal with and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would definitly hire him again for any electrical work in my house.

We have an enclosed porch with 2 lighted ceiling fans. The dimmer switch was not working correctly, and we tried to replace the switch ourselves (BIG MISTAKE). Once we took 2 switches out, we didn't know which wires went where. They were all the same color and too short to reach a new switch. So we had exposed "hot" wires on the porch, no ceiling fans or lights, and a graduation party 3 days later. After searching Angie's List, we called Stephen at about 5pm on May 27th. He agreed to come out the next morning between 8 and 8:30 the next morning. He even texted to advise me when he was 5 minutes away. Within 45 minutes, he had my wiring repaired and everything works brilliantly. He was very professional, and we feel 100% confident that he made the repair correctly. We would highly recommend this company.

What can I say that has not already been said about Steve and AMPED Electrical? This Electrician is THE real deal. He knows his stuff, is very proficient and most of all, a sincere pleasure getting to know. I honestly enjoyed talking with him as I assisted him in installing electrical fans. He is now part of the family. We will be calling on Steve for all our needs, and I have already given his cards out to the neighbors!!! Thanks Steve!!

Steve Neal (Amped Electrical) is awesome! He was prompt and professional and super nice! He put in all the electrical for our screen porch - lights, outlets, ceiling fans etc. He was knowledgeable, and efficient and gave us good suggestions as to where everything should be placed (we had no clue) :). We will totally use Steve again for any future electrical needs!!

Project went well. Steve is easy to work with. Showed up as expected. Steve has a crew so the work went quickly. His price was better than several other quotes I received. I called Steve in the morning about my need to have the two exterior outlets repaired given the GFI receptacle was no longer working. Steve was able to give me a realistic estimate over the phone and explain what he thought the issue was...which ultimately was correct. He came out promptly that same day, even earlier than he originally anticipated, and was able to make the necessary replacements of the outlets and bring them both up to code. Steve was easy to work with, punctual, knowledgeable and offered a fair price. I truly appreciate his ability to provide same day service and I would definitely use him in the future. Thank you Steve!
