I'm not quite sure why this customer gave us such a bad review. We showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and I do not feel like my price was out of range. It may have seemed expensive to this customer because we had to come to his house just to fix one small problem. When you have a small electrical problem it does tend to run expensive. This customer had a malfunctioning switch and I charged my minimum stop which is $200. I do hate that this customer feels that we did such a poor job but please continue on to read my hundreds of a plus reviews. Regards, Stephen Neal-Owner.

Everything went perfectly.
Description of Work: Amped came out to my house the same day I called to figure out why my kitchen outlets weren't working. Steve the owner and his help showed up right on time and got right to work. With in 20 minutes the bad GFI outlet was found and replaced. Theses guys are pros! Highly recommend Amped to anyone looking for electrical work.

Description of Work: Steve Neal and his team at Amped installed a custom dusk to dawn LED floodlight in a difficult to reach elevated corner of my house and ran some wires for CCTV security camera. They were attentive, courteous, and worked hard through unexpected difficulties without complaint. Great hard working employees that got the job done at a very fair price.

Description of Work: Disconnected existing electrical wiring to fit his. Also Steve Neal CUT two 240V wiring to our tankless hot water heater to fit his wiring in the PVC to the main breaker. Had to hire someone else to drill a hole into the brick wall to re-wire the hot water heater. | |Slack job and very unprofessional. Overall an F-rating.

Description of Work: Amped installed 3 new dedicated 20 amp circuits for the house. They were prompt with communications and very clear on price and time frame. I will definitely use them for future electrical work. In addition, some sheet rock work needed to be completed after the installation and they partnered with another company to ensure it was done at the same time and no other providers I contacted were willing to do that.

Description of Work: Repaired electrical work under an elevated deck, installed a new light fixture and outlet boxes that were outdoor rated. He was on time, went over everything that was needed and quoted it prior to starting work. Did an excellent job. Did what the original installer should have done. I got his card to share with friends! I'll definitely use Amped for my electrical needs in the future.

I am sorry that I was unable to contact this member quick enough but I was on vacation with my family and did not get back in town until late on the 9th. I even let it on my voicemail message. When I returned to work on Friday I did call this member but was rudely informed another electrician was already hired. I apologized to the member and thought no big deal. That evening I got notification I received a new review and it was this one. I could understand if I broke a appointment or did work incorrectly but to fill out a "F" rating simply because this member did not receive a call back, I have to say is a little over the top. Sadly when we come to fix something as small as one GFI, it does end up seeming a little expensive. I charged as least as a could for 2 hours of travel time, 20 mins. labor and parts.
