Amped Electrical was used as a subcontractor by Exterior Additions who were building a new screened in porch for our house. Steve Neal and his crew did an excellent job providing the electrical wiring for our ceiling fans, ceiling lights and our cable TV. They also ran the cable for the TV from the cable box to the porch. Steve was very helpful in recommending the correct TV mount to attach to the wall on the porch for our new HDTV. We were pleased with the work Amped did on the porch and contracted Steve to perform some other electrical tasks we needed to get done. He added a new bathroom outlet circuit upstairs and installed two coach lights beside our front door. Amped did an excellent job for us and we would definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Building a porch on an existing home with Exterior Additions and Amped Electrical was designated the subcontractor for the electrical work. Worked with Stephen who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He showed up on time, communicated well and performed high quality work with a very quick turn around time. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future needs!

Steve, the owner of Amped, was punctual, knowledgable and easy to work with. He arrived at the agreed-upon time to meet with us to layout the electrical for the porch. This included identifying the locations for lights and light switches, outlet and fans. He identified that we would need to have outlets in particular locations to meet current code requirements. He also provided suggestions for locating a TV and for getting cable to the TV. The work was completed in a timely manner and passed the code inspections without incident. We did, however, identify one item that needed correction - the fans interfered with the line of sight to the TV. As Steve had suggested the location of the TV and the length of downrods to be used on the fans, he fixed this problem by replacing the downrods at no cost to us, which we appreciated. Overall, we were pleased with Amped's work and finished product.

The men were very cordial and did a great job on my porch installation getting it wired and ready. The porch turned out great and I have a really neat dimmer switch on my can lights and a separate switch for my ceiling fan and flood lights.

In connection with a screened in porch project, Amped Electrical was the electrical work subcontractor for the main contractor. As noted above, the work included the installation of four recessed cans on a dimmer, a floodlight, one fan and switch, and the wiring for one TV cable/dish outlet. Steve and his assistant were both professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. Steve was very helpful in determining how many outlets to install, where to install, and overall suggestions and recommendations as it related to my screened in porch. If the need arises, I would definitely use Steve and Amped Electrical again.

Amped Electrical was the subcontractor assigned to do the electrical work for my screened porch project with Exterior Additions. The project involved wiring and installing a ceiling fan with light kit, two GFCI protected outlets, and one floodlight. All work exceeded my expectations. Steve delivered above and beyond the terms of the contract, which specified "wiring to include fan on one switch." He set up two switches for the fan, one for the motor and a separate switch for the light. Steve and his assistant did the rough-in electrical work, then returned 10 days later with two assistants for the finish work. When scheduling the appointments, Steve was accommodating, working around my schedule to minimize inconvenience to me. He and his crew arrived on time, every time. They were professional and friendly, working quickly and efficiently. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they found an issue with wiring for an existing outlet. The circuit breaker kept tripping. Steve quickly identified and corrected the problem at no additional cost. I was so impressed that I hired Amped Electrical to perform some additional work on the side, which I will describe in a separate review.

Amped Electric was a sub contractor used to complete my patio project. I was impressed with Stephen's friendliness, and knowledge. He and his co worker worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time, each time they came out, and stuck to their time lines and appointments.Stephen addressed the minor concerns that I had, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I appreciate the work they did, and will use them again in the future.

Steve was very professional, timely, and fairly priced. We have troublesome electrical, being a 60 year old house, and Steve worked until he found the problem. We plan on hiring him again for future work that we know needs to be done.

Amped was doing electrical work for an enclosed porch (Exterior Additions was the main contractor), and with that completed I decided to hire him for additional work. He gave estimates for adding electrical outlets, installing a celing fan, and running wiring for a home theatre system. All work was completed on time and at the estimated price. Stephen is a very professional, and worked around my schedule to make sure all work was completed at a time convienient for all.

Steve arrived at the scheduled time with an assisant, Doug. They quickly assessed my needs, began the work and finished in slightly more than an hour. This included cleaning and removing their waste as well. Very nice, professional. Would definitely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

They were good about their time commitments. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They tried to make sure they didn't inconvenience me with scheduling. They tried to do the work at my convenience. They were very approachable and easy to collaborate with.

Stephen came in at his assigned time of our screened porch addition job. He was a delight to work with, very helpful and extremely neat and thorough.

When using power outlets tied to the same breaker the GFI would continuously trip. This work was originally done by another electrician when we had a screened in porch installed. Stephen responded very quickly, troubleshot the problem, and promptly replaced the GFI outlet. We've had no issues since. This work was covered under warranty of the screened in porch work, thus there was no cost to us.

Wiring of porch went good - multiple 3-way lights and 2 ceiling fans with light kits. Had one small issue that Steve came right out to fix. Replacement of 2 old interior panels went well. Had limited options to combine old panels into 1 new one and a few hidden issues came up during job but were dealt with promptly and at no additional cost.

I met Stephen because he does the electrical work for the contractor who built my screened porch and deck addition. Stephen is very professional and friendly. I wanted a few "extras" for the porch including speakers (with the wires ran inside the walls), cable for an outdoor television run, and a dimmer switch. Stephen is friendly and helpful and addressed all of my needs! I would definitely use Stephen again and recommend him to anyone needing quality electrical work.
