Bill was great to work with. We rec'd his name as a reference from our electrician. We'd checked off and on for over a year to find someone to do this job. Most companies we talked to treated us like it was too small to bother. Bill took time to understand what we needed, provided a competitive estimate, and did everything he promised (under budget). Further, the quality of his work was excellent, including attention to detail on stain matching the new legs to the existing cabinet. Bill even went the extra mile, providing references for a plumber and granite company for other parts of the project, helped coordinate all the contractors, and even stayed the whole day of install to assist, even though his work was done earlier on. Bill's help and attention made this project a much easier and more pleasant experience.

As always, Bill did beautiful work. The cabinetry exceeded our expectations. The stained finish matches the other wood finishes in the room and is very professional looking. Bill listened to our wishes and made us an entertainment center that looks very appropriate in our traditional great room. We are so pleased that the TV is no longer the focal point,but the beautiful cabinetry is. We have received many compliments on it. Bill is an excellent craftsman who takes great pride in his work.

I am the host/producer of the national PBS series, For Your Home. We recently featured a major kitchen renovation project on our show. As the lead carpenter on the project, Bill was a fantastic asset. His skills as a finished carpenter were only half the story. He was there for all the trades when they needed an extra set of hands. He successfully tackled drywall repair, painting, window installation and more. He worked to keep the project on time and budget. Bill was very pleasant to have on the job and really made everyone else?s job so much easier. Bill is a jack-of-all trades and a master of many. Bill was awesome. He came to look at the project to provide a quote soon after I called him and had good ideas along the way. We spoke with 5-7 different contractors for this job as I was quite hesitant since we have never had built-ins done before and the first quotes were so far a part. He was the only person to come with photographs of his previous work. As luck would have it, he had done something with similar clean lines and in black before. After leaving, he sent a CAD drawing showing how the units would look. After we agreed on the design Bill sent over two samples of the black finish for me to choose between. At some point I mentioned in passing that I was considering painting our cabinets to match the bookcase at a later time. He then sent a third sample, noting that the previous samples would be difficult to have done to kitchen cabinets. By this time, my husband and I were already thrilled with Bill and we had not seen our cabinets! It took him about a week to install the cabinets as he ended up re-cutting some shelves and making other modifications to conform to imperfections in our space. He even sanded the shelves and had the final coat repainted because he was not pleased with the overall finish once he set them up. The shelves are solid and gorgeous and we are thrilled with the result. Bill is a true pro. His product is excellent and his customer service matches. Bill's was not the lowest bid, but he gave us real bang for the buck. I have learned the hard way that getting a true professional's perspective, knowledge and product is alway worth a premium. Bill showed up on time every morning and left the work zone as clean as possible. When he was finished, the only evidence of his presence was a beautiful set of bookshelves. Bill produced a great product, did not cut corners and made recommendations along the way that were very useful. We have already recommended Bill to friends and will absolutely call him first for future carpentry or related work.

Every aspect of all the jobs went really well. My laundry room and entrance from the garage are nice to look at, much more functional and very well done. My great room mantle and built-ins are absolutely lovely. Bill comes when he says he will, calls if there is any change, and cleans up before he leaves. Bill is enjoyable to have in my home while he is working. It was because he was courteous, neat, professional, knowledgeable and skillful on the first job that I asked him to do the great room job. I will ask him to do any future carpentry work my home needs. I recommend him wholeheartedly and without any reservations. He is great and so is his work. I feel very fortunate to have found him. He was recommended by neighbors.

We contacted Bill last summer to get an estimate on building some custom built-ins for our playroom / upstairs living room. Bill promptly came out and reviewed the space and provided an estimate along with 3 different design options. After comparing estimates from 4 different providers, we actually decided to put the project on hold. In January, we called Bill back and told him we were ready to move forward. He came back out to visit us and we requested a few small changes to his original design. He willingly accomodated our requests. He quickly began work. He did some of the initial work on site in order to take measurements, etc. He then took everything to his shop to assemble. Bill then returned and installed the built-ins. The whole project was done within 2 weeks with very little interruption to our space. Bill is one of the friendliest people we've ever dealt with. He is very courteous, always on time and cleaned up after himself. The project even came in under budget!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill Albritton!!! We have already started talking to him about our next project. Will definitely use him again.

I have used Bill before for a kitchen remodel so I knew the quality I would be getting. The room looks beautiful. I will use Bill for all our carpentry needs, and I highly recommend him.

When Bill was preparing his estimate, he warned me that he's usually a little more expensive than other contractors, but his bid was in the same range as the others I received. The work went without a hitch. When he ran into a problem ordering columns, Bill custom-built some beautiful columns for the same price. During the course of the work, he also came up with some inventive design ideas. I love my new porch--it's distinctive, but it's appropriate for the house and the neighborhood. Bill has done some other work on my street, and we consider him an honorary neighbor. Just a great guy--meticulous, knows his stuff, funny.

Bill is trustworthy (felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home), friendly (history buff and conversationalist), and professional. His wife accompanied him on one trip, and they worked well together. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others.

Bill met with us in our home several times to design and plan the new cabinets. He offered us lots of design ideas and has a real sense for what will look good. It was definitely a collaborative effort to figure out what to do with the space left after the renovation in our kitchen. He was able to do what our renovation contractor said would be impossible without custom milling new doors. He built and matched the existing cabinets, soffit and molding to fit in a very precise space. The workmanship was excellent and he is a pleasure to have working in our home. We are looking forward to his next project with us of re-facing a large brick fireplace!

Bill is great! He was always on time, professional, and he is a great craftsman. He only charges you for his labor and materials, even if his estimate is higher. He was always helping us come up with ideas to save a few bucks, and when other tradesmen dropped the ball on our kitchen remodel, Bill did what he could to pick it up. I would highly recommend Bill.

Bill is a master custom craftsman and a delight to work with. My husband and I are in the process of renovating an old, neglected home and Bill has been doing custom unfinished carpentry work for us for over a year. Our next project is our kitchen in which he already has us penciled in for custom cabinetry. Bill offers his insight and expertise on custom projects. He is extremely dependable, professional, and reasonably priced.

We feel that Bill did an excellent job in a very timely way and was able to do all the design work with great suggestions for best use of our space. He is obviously a very experienced finish carpenter and cabinet maker and is able to help you with your idea for what you want to have done by coming up with a good design. He always responds immediately to phone calls and is very professional and gave us names for other subcontractors that we need and that he can recommend. One of them has already worked for us with excellent results. Bill also loves pets, so it's never a problem with him working in the house when your pets are around.
