 + -1 moreWe met with the provider and had several email exchanges. We were told that we needed a semi encapsulation. When we asked for an itemized contract, we did not receive a response. We attempted several times to her a contract but never received one.

 + -1 moreIt turned out fine. It looks good and we've had no problem since. We suffered from a little bit of sticker shock initially, but then we realized that everybody's price was as high as it is, because of the very in-depth and detailed job that they were doing. I do remember when they were working in the crawl space, we had one of our water heaters in our attic overflowed or there was a problem with it. And it started going into one of our bedrooms and then seeping down into the crawl space. So they quickly came and let us know there was a problem and they were very helpful in stopping the water leak and being able to catch it early. I'm glad it happened when they were there, because they were able to go ahead and take care of the situation. So that's one of the things that stand out. The main guy that we worked with was very nice and very professional. He kept us updated in the process to how the job was going.
Description of Work: 911 Restoration did the crawl space. They gave us an estimate and then we decided to go with them. They came in and cleared out the entire crawl space, cleaned it out. They had to air it out to I guess, dry out any of the wood or anything like that and make sure there was nothing bad going on there. Then they put in the encapsulation and then the insulation. And then they sealed everything and that was probably about a two to three week process.

Very very well, they came out on a holiday, came out very fast, they were very professional. In and out, they also helped with the insurance claim
