 + -1 morePunctual and courteous service. Calls ahead about a week before appointment due to make an appointment and will call if late or can't make it. I don't have to worry about when it's due. We've been using Stone's for a few years now and still very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Provides quarterly pest control services inside and outside the home. Remembers that I don't like spider webs or wasp nests around the house sprayed (unless they are right at the door). Maintains poison in the crawl space for mice and keeps traps inside (I requested no glue traps). Monitors for termites.

 + -1 moreExterminator was able to come day after call to provide a quote, and came on time to provide service. Price was as quoted and seemed very competative. Was knowledgeable about products and service and provided us with product information. Was friendly and professional. Would definately use again.
Description of Work: Preventative termite treatment for garage construction.

 + -1 moreCalled this company at 9:30 am and was just going to make an appointment for the next week. To my surprise, he said he would come out the same day! Was told they would be here between 2 and 2:30 pm. He arrived at 2:10 pm. He explained all the services that were available and explained them all in detail. Once we agreed on the service and terms, he went right to work. Very professional, great attitude, and worked quickly to get the job done. Once the job was complete, he once again went over the service in detail, completed all paperwork, and thanked me for my business.
Description of Work: Perfomed pest control services at home residence. Included termite inspection, spray inside of house, around perimeter of house and in the crawl space.
