Victor came out promptly and gave me a free estimate for the repair. I thought his price was very reasonable. He was very pleasant and professional. He came out on a Saturday and did the work for the agreed-upon price. I would use him again in a heartbeat for other projects around my house.

Victor set up a meeting for an estimate, was on time and performed the service in a timely and professional manner. We were so pleased we got an estimate for replacing baseboards and door molding. When we decide to have the repair done we will use Victor. He has done extensive handyman and remodeling work for a friend, so that is why he was one of the contractors we called. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Overall, the experience was good. This company is a small outfit and he was very good. We had some shingles blown off and he replaced them. He's very intelligent, knowledgeable and provided good advice.

I got 3 estimates. He measured and took notes. His price was a lot cheaper and he was professional. I have emailed him back and will probably use him when I am ready to do the project.

Mr. Yoder came when promised, looked at the work to be done, and provided an estimate, all in a timely manner. Our home is a post-and-beam arts and crafts style home. Mr. Yoder is a craftsman, and not just someone who "does construction." He was able to provide creative ideas for the work we wanted done. This was appealing to us, as we have spent some time working on details in our home. He asked questions to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted done. For example, in the master bedroom, we designed the mantle ourselves, which included a bookshelf to the left of the mantle (unusual design). He suggested some ideas, and built a wonderful end product that we're very pleased with. Mr. Yoder came on time each day, worked straight through, and left a neat and tidy workspace every day. He made efficient use of his time, and never "slouched off." For the front porch columns, he did some of the work in his personal workshop. The work was done as promised, and installed on time. The columns lined up well, and look great. The porch railings are also well done - line up well, and have good detail. The work in our stairs (2nd and 3rd floors) was well executed. On the 3rd floor landing he also added a shelf, which was a great idea in the space provided. Mr. Yoder pays good attention to the details, and does not do sloppy work at all. While he's not cheap, he's worth what you pay for. As I mentioned earlier, Mr. Yoder is a craftsman, and not just someone who does construction. I highly recommend his work. He's very ethical and fair, and very professional. We would definitely hire him again.

Victor is one of the most friendly contractors I have ever done business with and I will be using him again. He is reasonable, thorough, and cares about his work. He did an amazing job removing wood, and replacing flooring. I think its important to find professionals who care about what they do, and he is. Victor and his colleague spent a Saturday doing all of these tasks, and came out early Monday morning to finish the remaining work knowing we were on a tight schedule.

Victor did a very professional job. The shutters were a special size and very hard to find. Victor kept looking until he found what I needed. Then he installed them when he said he would and did a very thorough and complete job.

He was great. I am very happy. He did a great job.

When Victor first gave me an estimate, he advised that he had a long backlog of work. I agreed to wait due to the positive reviews of his work. I was very satisfied with the work that he did. It took only tow days and he was very neat and professional. I would use him again.

I left a voice mail for Mr. Yoder on a Saturday. He promptly called me on the following Monday morning and came out to look at the proposed projects. He said he would get back to me the following week with a quote. It has been over a month, and I never received a quote. The funny thing is I told him that I was contacting him based off of his rating on Angie's List.

Victor was done in thirty to forty-five minutes and did a SUPERB job. Since then, we had the heaviest rain and wind I've seen in nine years of living in Huntersville. The siding held, and the roof didn't leak. I will be calling Victor back with more projects in mind.

Mr. Yoder was very helpful in getting my job squeezed into his schedule. He called back as promised on the day he indicated and was able to come out late in the day. When he couldn't reuse the vent that had blown off he picked up a replacement and was able to do the repair first thing the next morning (thankfully before the rain scheduled to come later that day!).

Process went extremely well. I joined Angie's List early Jan, e-mailed Victor to let him know what I needed and provided my address. He came out to look at work, quoted us and repaired the siding within two weeks of my initial contact. Worked well and I did everything by e-mail. Before I contacted Victor, I attempted to get someone to come out, but couldn't get them to be responsive and I've done other work with this individual in town. I would highly recommend Victor. If we have siding to be replaced, I will contact him first.

I was very pleased with Mr. Yoder's work. The roof was leaking near where the garage roof joined the main house roof. Another contractor had tried to fix the leak by installing a larger piece of flashing, but the leak remained. Mr. Yoder carefully examined the roof and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was partly due to the design of the roof at that point (too much water channeled into a limited area) and partly due to poor workmanship when the house was built (e.g., several pieces of siding were too short, flashing was insufficient, etc.). He did the work as quoted and cleaned up the job site afterward. The roof has not leaked since. He could not come right away because of other jobs, but warned us at the beginning and kept us informed about his schedule.

Came when he said he would. Very easy to work with. Provided estimate for complete job. Estimate was final price. Went out of his way to complete project before a large rain storm. Customer most happy with final results.

A real professional and congenial experience. Reacted to my ''emergency'' and met his commitments. Stuck to his estimated price, called ahead, came on time. What more could you ask for?

The work was done on time and was done quickly and nicely. Was a pleasure to do business with this company.

EXTREMELY NEAT, CAREFUL, PUNCTUAL, REASONABLY PRICED AND TRUSTWORTHY. DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND MAKES PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS. HE IS DOING OTHER WORK FOR ME. WILL NOT TAKE ON WORK HE KNOWS HE CANNOT HANDLE. HE KNOWS WHAT TO RECOMMEND, BUT DOES NOT PUSH.
