Description of Work: I hired Uncommon Grounds to plant 15 Green Giant trees in my back yard. I was told there was a six month warranty if they died. They did plant them but planted them in a drainage swell. Which is the cause of the trees during. As a professional William the owner should have know better. When the trees began to die ai called and asked many fans sent pictures and text of what was going on. He said he would come out to look at them. He never did. I asked for several months and no response. I finally called a tree Dr. Who told me what was going on. He said my landscaping company should never have planted the trees where they did ."they should have known not to plant them there" 12 of my trees died and William never came out responded to my calls texts etc. this is a very unprofessional company that doesn't stand behind their work and is unreliable.
