+ -1 moreWe have called him and tried to have him fix it and he will not even return phone calls. I've used him several times for my clients and he is very unprofessional. I've had to speak to him a number of times to rectify different situations to make the clients happy, and he didn't even have the courtesy to call back. He just emailed me saying basically he didn't want to bother working things out. He has cost me my reputation and has left my project half done.
Description of Work: He was contracted to do a variety of things, including making a platform for a media room. We elevated the second row of seats so we could have the people sitting there see better. He made it and the edges were so sharp that several kids have scratched and cut themselves on the platform.
