This family was incredibly disorganized, almost never communicated with me or with each other, made promises they didn't keep, used materials they never asked in my own personal stash and did not replace and never finished the work. Paid over a $1000 to have cabinets painted that they never even finished and now they won't even return my calls. Mismatched tile, missing Grout, sloppy paint job that is unfinished and they even took the leftover paint so I cannot even fix the botched job. They even sent me a bill for extra charges but when asked for an itemized one I never recieved it.
