lakefront landscaping
+ -1 moreMs. Evert sketched a design and brought a contractor to complete the project that totaled $15,000.00. The contractor she claimed she had worked with before and gave great recommondations on took our $7,500.00 deposit and never performed the work. We sued the contractor and will be forced to sieze his assets. This is all based upon Streamline Design's recommendations. Although Ms. Evert claims she knew nothing of this in advance, we would strongly not recommend this company. This is as bad as it can get.

+ -1 moreKIM ALWAYS CALLS TO CHECK ON THINGS. HER FOLLOW THROUGH WAS IMPECCABLE. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF ITEMS I WASN'T HAPPY WITH AND SHE CHANGED THEM WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. I WILL BE USING HER AGAIN FOR SOME BACKYARD PROJECTS AS WELL.
