SNAKE REMOVAL

Found a snake in the bathroom this afternoon. It quickly disappeared but not sure were it went. I called another highly rated provider but he couldn't come until the next morning. I called Dennis and he answered immediately. He wasn't able to come due to child care responsibilities. Dennis answered a number of questions and gave me some advice about how to proceed. He was very helpful, identified the snake from my description, reassured me and ultimately helped me to avoid high fees often charged by other providers. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call him

Ultimately the snake got away, but Dennis gave us some ideas to get rid of the mice using mothballs and double checked the closet next to the garage and around water pipes to make sure that the snake could not get in the house. We appreciate his responsiveness and would not hesitate to call him again.

Prompt return call and decided he did not have to come out to the house to trap snakes.

I had a black snake in my crawlspace that I could see through the vent and after watching his YouTube videos via the link on Angies list I called him to see about having it removed. He asked relevant questions, listened carefully to my story and then educated me as to what could and couldn't be done. He said he'd come out if I wanted him to, but patiently explained why a visit was most likely a waste of my money. Then, without trashing his competitors he informed me as to what often happens in the snake removal business and what promises can be kept, which can't and what works and what doesn't (he said repellants are a waste of money). Bottom line is this man was professional, informative and honest. Turns out the snake was dead and the company that does my normal pest control removed it 2 days later during their regular service.
