Royal Touch Cleaning

Wanted them to return. Schedule a visit two weeks advanced, was told they would call the day before. They did not. I had to call them, no call back in time to show up on the scheduled day. I have to plan ahead, so this won't work forme.

They are competitive with their price. They did great, and they were quick. They just did a very good job cleaning. Very thorough. I needed them on short notice, because I was selling my house. They were able to get there within two days notice. They did a good job getting my house clean, and on the market.

Excellent. Everyone has been very professional, extremely kind and fully committed to my satisfaction. If I need something specific done, Abby and Kristen are more than happy to handle. I feel their sole responsibility is to go above and beyond to make sure the house is cleaned to my specific standards. Details are important when cleaning and covering every square inch is impossible. But, every effort to pay attention to all the details seems to being made. I am a very satisfied customer.

I am selling my house and had a deep clean done. The cleaners showed up on time and did an amazing job on my baseboards, counters and cabinets to the point my 10 year old house looked new again. Great job!!

I expected clean bathrooms, a clean kitchen and kitchen floor a general house. They very cheerfully flipped the mattress for me which was great. My ceilings , which are very high, were nicely cleaned of the cobwebs that have been forming for a while. But everything else was average. My master bath had to be done twice because they were running out of product and the first attempt was not done well. . I thought because this was a "deep clean" my bathroom would sparkle - not the case. One of the cleaners did not move objects in the kitchen and bathrooms example: there were bottles on the kitchen counter and objects in the bathrooms and they were not moved. I was told they would be here at Noon, they arrived @ 2 pm. Mold was still evident in the bathroom - I was told to buy Tilex Mold & Mildew remover. I am not sure exactly what a "Deep Clean" is but not impressed.

Great experience, from my initial phone call which was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility (we gave very short notice) to the cleaning itself, which was completed with punctuality, attention to detail, and quality. I warmly recommend Royal Touch and fully intend on using them for a monthly service.

The first time went well. The third time they did not stay for two hours but charged me for two hours. I also work with Air BnB since I travel a lot. I asked the cleaning crew to let me know how well the house was cleaned. With the last cleaning, they said that the house was not cleaned well but spent less than two hours cleaning which was surprising since they supposedly did the linen. I wrote the review on Airb BnB and the costumer was confused because she stated that she left the house clean. I realized some of their employees may not be trustworthy. When I discussed this with the owner with proof of the time stamp that they left early from the alarm system, they said they would get back to me. That was in the fall of 2016 and I have not heard from them since. They seem to do decent work but did not justify or explain what happened which is not good business. This company is good for day to day cleaning where you are actually around the area.

I've only been using them for a few months but so far they have been very accommodating to my scheduling needs; they did a very good job and appear to be efficient and I have the same team every time. They are willing to use the products I request (I supply the requested products); and I really appreciate that. I recently changed to a regular date each month and, as a result, I have a 2-hour window during which to expect them rather than an exact time. However, it's clearly impossible for them to predict the exact arrival time unless you are the 1st appointment in the day and I didn't want them to come that early.

Scheduling was easy and the cleaners came early in the estimated arrival window. They were polite and courteous through the whole process. It took them about an hour and a half to clean our two-story house. They did an especially great job cleaning our wooden floors and stairs which have a tendency to get incredibly dusty. Overall great work and we would definitely hire them again.

We found Royal Touch on Angies List. We scheduled them to clean our house monthly. They are priced competitively. They came to our house and we worked out a list of what was needed and they did it and did it well. A few months later we needed them to come over more frequently and they were extremely accommodating. The carpet cleaning was great (as good as companies who specialize in that) and the house looked fantastic afterwards. (the price listed was for cleaning the house plus carpet cleaning)

The owner, Heather is consistently easy to work with and happy to meet my needs. All staff have been friendly and thorough. They strive to satisfy and respond to all requests. It is clear customer service and quality work are of utmost importance in this company.

Floors gleam, kitchen surfaces shine and beds are made impeccably. The cleaning team has an amazing attention to detail and work efficiently. They are honest and I have no hesitation leaving a key for these ladies! If you have a new request for your clean, Heather and her team will be on it immediately. You won't be disappointed with this company. You will just wish you could have them to your house more often!!

First of all, Heather is extremely professional and polished. Nice initial presentation and overview, complete with professional marketing materials. On our first meeting, we discussed having one main crew, which was repeated each time we confirmed the next appointment. Unfortunately, my "one crew" seemed to end up being ~7 different rotating cleaners, who didn't pass along where things were or special needs. Also on our first meeting, we discussed cleaning products, one of which was Bona with a cleaning head (basically a nice terry cloth). While we agreed that I would provide the product, I was given the impression that they had the equipment ("mop"). This was not a big deal, but it's the little things that add up. Most cleaners bring fan dusters every other time they clean, but while some of Royal Touch's staff said they subscribe to cleaning ceiling fans every other time, it seemed like they never brought the pole to clean the fans. Also, because I kept my house clean (which was noted more than several times by the cleaners), it seemed that many things were skipped, assuming that they were clean, e.g., carpeting in empty closets which had never been touched after two cleanings. Since we had workers in our attic, they tracked in some insulation. So it was easy to tell that they never vacuumed where the workers tracked in the insulation. Rather, everything was just skipped, while still charging me full rate. And unfortunately, they even left before the allotted time, which normally doesn't matter as long as the house was cleaned appropriately; however, for the first time ever, I had to call a cleaner back since my kitchen floor was still spotty and counters had stuff still on them. While the cleaners very nice when they came back and saw what was left, they said that they didn't know how to get the stuff off the floor. This is when I showed them how to clean the floors. Granted, it took some elbow grease, but that's how to keep a house clean versus just dusting. The last cleaning helped me decide that Royal Touch was not what I thought it would be, or what it was sold as. The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned, nor the front of the fridge, among other things. I guess with a company name such as this, while they are good at asking right away what special things you want cleaned, it's the normal cleaning that just wasn't there for me. If I had time to train someone each time, that would be one thing. But when you look to a company for its expertise in cleaning, you shouldn't have to point out everything.

Excellent workers; punctual and very organized ; worked quickly, but were thorough. Asked before they started if there was anything particular that I wanted done outside of the list of general cleaning items. They told me upfront the hourly rate and how long they thought it would take them. Would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, we did not use Heather and her team because of other circumstances, but I would definitely consider using them in the future just because of her professionalism. Thank you Heather for doing everything to try and help me out in a pinch.

They arrived on time with short notice. Very professional. Detail oriented. Stayed until the job was done. If you need to bring back the pop in your house get the deep cleaning crew.$75 an hour

This provider has been cleaning my house every other week for a year now after finding them on Angie's List. They are fabulous, do a great job, and very professional. We work from home so we don't have time to be displaced for 3-4 hours for cleaning. Royal Touch brings in a team of ladies and gets my entire house clean in a little over an hour. Highly recommend them.

They were punctual and thorough. I was charged based on an estimated time it would take to clean. I came back a half hour earlier and they were gone, but everything was cleaned satisfactorily.

They spoke with me prior to beginning the work at my house and they determined if I had any specific requests that I wanted them to perform when they came and they have remembered those things and delivered on them.

There is just nothing to complain about.

The girls always are very diligent in cleaning and very thorough. They attention to detail surpasses the competition as well as their customer service. For example, my usual day is Thursdays but since Thanksgiving fell on Thursday I was worried that I would not have a spotless house for all my guests that were coming. Well, one panic call to Heather and poof! Girls fit me on Wednesday and worked miracles. Another great thing is that they are very kind and sweet to my dogs, which is huge for me. They are my children and it means a lot to me that they do not scare them and ignore them. I am really starting to think that they like the sound of vacuums now because they know that everything will put together and clean for them when they are done! Not in the greater Charlotte/Lake Norman area compares in quality,price or service to Royal Touch Cleaning!!

As the team developed the routines for cleaning our home,they asked about my preferences. I dislike water spots on floors after they dry. They’re onto it; my floors gleam! They treat my home and my possessions withcare and attention to detail. From the floors to the fans, cleaning is organized into an efficient and thorough process. I am impressed with the quality of cleaning supplies, vacuums, steamers (a heavy duty steamer for baths and tile; a gentler steamer on hardwoods). Nothing cleanses like steam; and I’m delighted that floors and baths are sanitized. They also use a cleaning machine on ceramic floor tile. And shower doors sparkle.
