+ -1 moreTechnician came by and was able to run a cat5 cable from second floor OnQ box to first floor home theater. He also installed a new cat5 wall jack which was hidden behind home theater. Our house is on a slab and he was able to drop the cable down an exterior wall without opening the wall at all. Another provider had come by and said it wouldn't be able to be done without open the top of the first floor wall, which would then of course require patching and painting. OTS was able to do it quickly, without opening any holes (beyond adding the jack of course), and for a reasonable price. Brent was also very friendly and professional. He thoroughly entertained our 21 month old son as well. He also traveled about 30 miles to our house to perform service. Highly recommend this provider.
