Description of Work: water bills triple, called to checked for water leak when regular plumbers didnt return call (were swamped). Missed we had a sprinkler system and were ready to run a new water line to the house when they realized the mistake. Very apologetic they missed this and were honest about it, gave options on what to do with sprinkler which we ended up disconnecting since it is rarely used. Fixed the loose faucet coming out to the back of our house also. Only reasons for B was missing the sprinkler which couldve been fixed the same day but were prompt, courteous and very apologetic.

Response from North Mecklenburg Plumbing Co Inc
I believe there may be a mistake including a keying entry. On Nov 21, 2011 we reconnected a kitchen sink & checked on running a new gas line to a stove. On Nov 22, 2011 we reconnected a vessel sink in the hallway, including providing a drain, & checked the water pressure which was 55 psi. PM&C ran the gas line for the stove & this was included in the total as noted on the invoice. The total was $1130.86. That was the extent of our work.

Description of Work: Outdoor faucet was leaking from inside foundation. North Mecklenburg Plumbing answered the phone immediately (no voice mail) and had a technician at my house within 90 minutes. Ken identified the problem and fixed the ruptured pipe immediately. The water was off in the house for less than an hour and the whole job completed in not much more than an hour. I was pleased with the speed, the responsiveness, the professionalism and the price.

Description of Work: Team of Bernie and David fixed my hot water line leak in 15 minutes with new high tech pipe and fittings. Also replaced a faulty toilet valve at no additional cost. Team was fast, friendly and provided excellent tech advice when asked about other plumbing situations. This experience alone made may membership in Angies list worth the cost. Ken Holtje
