The door fell off the tracks within the first week. Door was fixed but still isn't working exactly right, but NC Storm Repair was unwilling to come back out to look at it.

Response from N.C. Storm Repair
We installed the garage door. Their insurance company paid for a new garage door which we installed. The owner's needed a new opener that was outside of the insurance claim. they had a new opener installed after we installed the garage door. the opener failed and they had it fixed. The owner has never said anything to us about the garage door installation nor mentioned anything to their insurance company (Allstate) The owner also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which was dismissed. The complain filed with the BBB did not mention the garage door and even admitted that everything was fine. They have been upset that we would not do extra work outside of the insurance claim on their house. The insurance company paid for the storm damage that occurred on their home and the insurance company has been satisfied with our work. We have done more than 20 other homes in their neighborhood that were damaged by the storm that occurred on May 23 2014. All of their neighbors have been extremely happy with our work and recommended us to their neighbors. We are a small company that works only in our local area and so we value our reputation. If you could help us with this unfounded complaint we would greatly appreciate that. If the owner want us to get in touch with the subcontractor who installed the garage door we will gladly do that and make sure that the door works properly. We will be working at their neighbors tomorrow and if you advise we will contact the Goenaga's. But, I do not wish to be verbally abused and accused of things we did not do. Mr. Goenaga paid us and when he made the last payment agreed to take care of some touch up work and suggested we credit him $150 for him to have a door jam painted the way he wanted. We told him that we would do it, but if he wanted have someone else do it to his satisfaction that would be alright with us. As you can see this job, which included multiple subcontractors, was filled with complaints by the owner. We went to their house, talked to them, worked with them multiple times to try and do the job to their satisfaction. we had hoped that it was finally over when we received the final payment and {removed member name}s confirmation that he was happy. I am disappointed that someone would wait until Christmas to complain about work that had been completed months earlier. Please help.
