They showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional. After a few times of using the shower, we noticed the glass was leaking a little at the seams. We called them and they came out in a few days and repaired the leak. We are very happy with how things turned out and it looks great.

I called for an estimate and Topher came out and measured. I was given a price, which was right around what others were charging. The reason that I chose them over others was their Angie's List ratings, their website, the time they took to explain their product and installation process. Andy installed it on 4/11 and took less than an hour. It looks amazing!

After attempting to use another vendor who turned out to be totally worthless, a friend recommended that I contact Malibu Shower Enclosures. Neil came to the project's rescue, and provided accurate measurements, samples and an estimate of the projected costs. Neil is very knowledgeable, and answered all questions and concerns. Neil was able to provide various samples of glass, hardware, etc. during the initial visit. I placed an order that very same day, and the enclosure was ready for installation 7-10 business days later (due to the glass supplier's schedule). The installation process went very well, and the new glass enclosure was installed very professionally. Encountered one small water leak a few days following the installation. I contacted Neil, and he had the matter corrected the following day. Overall, very pleased with the services provided by Neil and his team.

It went a smooth as could be. Topher, the sales rep, came out and explained our options. After selecting our option, he provided a price within a few minutes. He gladly returned to clearly explain a question that we had. We gave him the go ahead on the spot. Ten Days later the installers came at there appointed time. As we all know sometimes you start a project and the project develops into more and more. Recently I decided to change the master bath floor from hard to maintain white tile. From that the idea developed to perhaps get rid of the shower enclosure with its many aluminum frames and no longer closing door. Though I know Topher Grennan from often enjoying an end of day beer it was not until I saw him diligently doing paperwork that I asked him what he did for a living and he told me he was with Malibu Shower Enclosures. Coincidence? Maybe. But later that week Topher came over to do some measures and gave us a price. I was anxious to get the work done but Topher said "not yet". Not until we removed the existing set up completely. Measurements have to be totally accurate he explained. Well a week or two later he came back took his "perfect" measurements and promised delivery and install in two weeks. Yesterday it was installed. I am VERY VERY impressed with the service, quality, installation and price. My shower now shines like a new jewel. Morning after installation Topher calls to make sure I am happy and that it is all "perfect". My answer is an absolute YES!!! Topher, Neil, Andy and the Malibu team did an awesome job. There are some very tricky cuts in the glass but it looks like it was poured in the spot. Thank You Topher, Thank you Andy, Thank You Malibu.

Neil is awesome! He stopped by my home the evening I called him to ask for an estimate. He walked me through all of the design potions on the spot, took measurements, and made some recommendations based on the job I was doing. My enclosures were installed about 3 weeks after ordering them, and they look like they belong in the Ritz Carlton! Very thick, clear glass and the installation was complete for both in about 2 hours. The installers were very courteous. Neil doesn't require a deposit, which speaks to the quality of his product and work ethic. Payment is due in full, by cash or check, at the completion of the installation.

Response to message seeking estimate was prompt and professional. Shower was measured and product ordered in less than half and hour, waited two weeks while glass was cut to measure and shipped, then the install took an hour or so. Extremely easy to work with and great craftsmanship, the shower looks amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks to Neil and his team for a job well done.

Neil came to measure and quote. Very precise measurements. key component in the process. His installers came and put in the Glass. Neil stopped by at my request and said it was perfect.

Neil came to the house the day after we initially called him to take measurements and give us a quote. He was on time and very personable. He brought a book of pictures and all the door handles to look at and choose from. He did beat another quote we had gotten for the exact same door and handle. We ordered the door and it came in earlier than his estimate. Two people came and installed it nicely and promptly. Before leaving, they explained how to properly clean it. It looks wonderful and we love it!

They were awesome! They were every low pressure and they really stand behind their work. We didn’t have to pay anything until they were done and we used the shower. They were also the least expensive.

They made it incredibly easy to select the glass and hardware. They ordered the custom glass and came out and installed it when they said they would. They were very easy to work with and the new door totally refreshed our old bathroom. It looks like a million bucks!

I was very impressed with how the project went. Neil did a great job estimating the job and making sure it was done correctly. More importantly, there was a mistake in that I was supposed to get a special coating on the door that reduces film. Neill forgot to have it put on the glass. I was so impressed that he called me to let me know and then took another $100 dollars off the price without me asking. Just a great experience overall and the best part is that my shower looks fabulous!

Wow! Very precise in measuring for my custom shower enclosure and door. It took me several months to get to the point where the enclosure needed to be installed due to my teaching scheduling. Neil's concern is customer satisfaction; he gave me several options and made some design suggestions that really put the finishing touches on the bathroom. The installers were prompt, careful, and neat. They even adjusted another shower door for me and gave me some maintenance tips. I had three estimates (the other two companies were not on Angie's List) before selecting Malibu and I was not disappointed.

We used Malibu Shower Doors previously to install shower doors in our master bath and were very pleased with their services. We had large mirrors in our bonus room that needed to be removed, cut and re-installed. I called Andy to see if the company did this type or work and he said we would do this for us. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and we are very happy.

The price what they quoted was what it cost. The work was done quickly. The experience was a good experience and I would do it again. I would certainly recommend them to anybody else.

Great experience. Neil came out to measure and gave us a few ideas. He suggested handles, which we really liked. He was very friendly, and you can tell that he enjoys his work. The glass was installed a week and a half later, and it was very quick and clean. The glass looks wonderful. Neil didn't ask for any money until they were totally done, and it was worth every penny.

Excellent. Would definitely recommend. They were punctual, courteous and professional. They made an error with one of the measurements that led to a delay of a couple of days but they acknowledged it was their mistake, apologized, came out and re-measured, and then did a great job of the installation. We were very pleased.
