I was disappointed with their service. The gutters have already clogged up once since they were installed.

He does the estimates himself and does all the work himself, so you only deal with him. This was a welcome relief to deal with Mr. Rutter, very professional and takes pride in his work. Did the extra things that not to many people will do. He even offered a guarantee where he would come back out and clean the gutters if they got clogged. He was one of the lowest bids I received and the quality of his product was unmatched. I would highly recommend this company and would use him again in the future.

BEN RUTTER WAS RIGHT ON TIME FOR BOTH ESTIMATE AND INSTALLATION. THIS SYSTEM IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN REPLACING EXISTING GUTTERS. HE WAS STRAIGHT-FORWARD IN HIS APPROACH, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE HAD TO TRIM SOME SHRUBS EVEN TO DO THE ESTIMATE, CLEANED OUT THE EXISTING GUTTERS BEFORE INSTALLATION, INSTALLED SEVERAL ''BIG-MOUTH'' DOWNSPOUT ATTACHMENTS, AND CLEANED UP THE LEAVES AFTERWARD. HE ALSO INSERTED A COUPLE OF PIECES OF FLASHING IN AREAS THAT NEEDED IT. THE COLOR MATCHES OUR SHINGLES, SO IT IS IMPROVES THE LOOK OF THE GUTTERS. SO FAR IT HASN'T RAINED SO WE HAVEN'T HAD A REAL TEST, BUT OUR ROOF HAS A STEEP PITCH AND THE SYSTEM IS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
