Kathi went with us room by room making recommendation on paint and furniture then selected and ordered custom drapes for us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I had all my window treatments done by her. She did a wonderful job. It was a little expensive. I had done many rooms. I did treatments in the dining room, living room, a sitting area, bedrooms, media room. It was a little expensive but I got a lot done. I was extremely happy with them. I would use them again.

The visit (unsure of exact date) unfortunately offered little advice or direction on design, layout, or professional services which could otherwise assist. Very surprised based on written reviews we'd seen- not sure if this work was simply not within the field of expertise or if the time simply wasn't good for an actual consultation? We had to start over with another ID outfit.

Kathi gave me suggestions for the things mentioned above. she listened to my ideas, regarding my likes and dislikes.

He came to install the balances, and a few months later the balances are no longer level and have started to fall down. The balances should still be level. He must installed them incorrectly.

Kathi told me exactly where to place all of my favorite things in 3 rooms. She Marked on the walls spot and order of where pictures should go and how they should hang. She told me what Colors to use for Curtains, and where to place furniture. She organized a full tri-leaning bookcase for me and a Bakers Rack in the kitchen. She placed things correctly on my mantle and on a Foyer Dresser. She advised me of how to Center a mirror. She organized knicknacks on Tables and got my room in proportion. she then went home online and searched for the perfect curtains for 3 rooms. She also advised me on a rug for the Living room and she ordered that Rug. She sent me pictures of tables, she covered everything! She got me a great Deal on a rug- similar rugs were more expensive I was so happy I found her! . The rug arrived two days ago and It's gorgeous. I am 54 years old I've lived in dozens of houses, but I finally feel like I have come home...I am extremely happy! Thank you Marie Rainey

I am so pleased! My home looks spectacular! Kathi's taste is impeccable! She guided me through each phase, and showed me options, coordinating fabrics in a way I could have NEVER figured out on my own. She was professional yet personable, and made the process so easy for me. She showed up on time for each visit. The draperies are beautifully made. She also made suggestions for other accessories, picture arrangement (using what I already had), and furniture arrangement. I am one happy customer, and will definitely call Kathi again.

When my husband and I learned we were expecting, we were so excited but both bogged down by demanding jobs. Kathi made the process of decorating the nursery seamless. We were able to do most of the work with her through e-mail and mail samples and she worked around our busy schedules. One thing I really appreciated is she was not out to push the most expensive products - even if we were willing to pay she always offered alternatives to keep the budget in check. The room turned out lovely and will transition easily to a toddler's bedroom when the time comes. I have to say her window treatments are the best quality I've ever seen. Highly satisfied.

I had a great experience with her. I liked the colors she picked for me for my home because I would not have picked them myself. She helped me step outside the box.

We were able to pick out a fabric that I liked for the bonus room curtains. She ordered it and had it delivered to my house. The two paint colors she suggested were pretty colors, but I ended up not liking them for those rooms. Fortunately, I bought paint samples and painted some pieces of cardboard, so that I could see them in a larger piece. That helped me see that they weren't what I was looking for. I decided that the bookshelves were higher price than I was looking for (~$900 each), so I looked elsewhere. The carpet supplier (Lake Norman Carpets) came to my house to show me a few samples, but his store was up at Exit 42 and I work in Charlotte, so it wasn't convenient to look at more samples. I didn't want to waste his time making numerous visits to my house for just one room's carpet. I think that Kathi has good ideas and listens to the client and helps them narrow down the choices. I did feel a bit rushed during our meeting, and that she wanted to quickly come to a solution for each of the issues I presented. I know that decorating a house is a personal thing, and that people have different tastes. Overall, my $50 was well spent, even in just helping me get a nice curtain fabric, and it helped me think about what I wanted in the couple of rooms I was redoing. Kathi responded quickly each time I called, texted or emailed her. She also showed up on time for our meeting.

Kathy is very professional and has helped us with window drapes. She has given some wonderful suggestions and help us purchase the required drapes in wholesale. We are planning on using her expertise with child's play room and living room furniture. Sai.

.great always on time and made my house feel like new and fresh with new paint colors. redid book cases. hired people to up drapes and light fixtures never had to worry about anything. If you want your house to look fresh with the newest trends. monogramed towels for bath with letter "A" looked great. you will be glad you used Kathi.

Kathi traveled with me to see various pieces of furniture, selections of fabrics, light fixtures, flooring, etc. She also brought numerous catalogs, photos, and samples to my house. She is easy to reach by phone and returns calls promptly. She has a calm demeanor, listens carefully to the customer, and makes appropriate suggestions and has great ideas. Kathi seems to have an infinite array of suppliers and resources and has over 25 yrs. of experience. She does a lot of leg-work exploring and has great follow-through. Her prices are extremely reasonable. At the end of 2010, she had completed for me: kitchen hardwood floor, kitchen walls, custom drapes and trim and rods in five rooms, new sofa and cocktail table, new custom upholstery on stack stools to coordinate with sofa, custom throw pillows to coordinate with sofa, new chandeliers and outdoor light fixtures. Kathi opened a huge world to me of choices and ideas and possibilities. I contact Kathi on an ongoing basis for other remodeling and decorating projects.

Kathi makes an appointment and is always on time. She works fast and knows exactly what you need. I have recommed her to alot of people in our neighborhood.

It went wonderfully. She did a great job.

The time line went great- from having the painter come and when he was finished- she had my new rod and drapes ready to put up. She rearranged my room to make it look new and different and she got a handyman to knock out the mirror on the back wall which was here when we bought the house and it looked dated.

Kathi was excellent I have worked with other designers and Kathi was the first one that actually cared about how much you wanted to spend and what you liked. She is very organized and gets back to you immediately.
