I had two bathroom walls completed by Imperial tile, The gentlemen arrived on time and completed the work in one day. The were professional and very nice.

Excellent people to work with

Very disappointed...We purchased our supplies and accepted the quote which was a premium price for a job we were told would take 3 days to complete. It only took a day and a half and my husband had to scrape excess grout in places. Not completely unhappy with the tile, but Joe did not return to install the two shower ledges as promised, or to inspect the tile even though I reached out several times to schedule.

Great experience. Worked with my varied schedule and completed on time. Beautiful job. Would highly recommend.

Joe is very professional, friendly, and great to work with. My bathrooms look great!! Nex and Claudia were professional and hard working. When they left for the day you could hardly tell that they were here because they clean up so well after theyâ re done. Just a couple of snags with communication but it all ended very well!!! The service performed was r exceptional from wiring the price to providing the amount of materials needed and staying on top of the materials that would be needed and ensuring hisvxi tractors weee available, arrived and starting the remodel and ensuring the contractors working on tow job were staying on task.

Wow!!! I cannot express how glad I am to have found Joe. Everything was perfect in my bathroom remodel. Joe and his team rebuilt my tile shower and tiled my bathroom floor and walls. It is beautiful and I can't wait to have them back for my other bathrooms!

The awesome detail in the work separated Imperial Tile from others that we have used in the past, the niche was installed with marble surround and the edges were beveled together, the end cut of a tub surround utilized a cut from one piece, the recommendation of running the large tile horizontal made the lines in the Porcelanosa tile and grout lines line up perfectly. This was key since the installation was done in an older home where no two walls were square. Joes Communication skills with us and his team were important so we could align on the recommendations, make decisions, and complete the job on time. We will recommend Imperial to others and hire Joe for any of our projects. Simply the Best!

I had over 1,000 sq ft of porcelain tile installed on our floors. Initial quotes were high and decided to postpone the project until I reached out to Joe at Imperial. The cost of labor was reasonable so I decided to proceed. I am glad I did. The floors look great. I would not hesitate using them in the future for tile projects.
