Drew and his crew were fantastic. I was contacted in less than an hour and he was here to diagnose the problem within 2 hours of contact. Within 4 hours of his initial visit I had a new furnace and my A/C was better than before. This was something I knew I would need soon so I was very comfortable with options and pricing I was given for repairs. The best part was even though this was a cold call and I didn't have a prior appointment Drew made it feel like I had been on the books for weeks and that he had meticulously planned the repair. I have never seen a home repair go as smoothly as this did. The entire crew was friendly and I couldn't have asked for better service. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I can safely say Hornets is up there with the best! Thank you Drew and Crew!

Hornets did maintenance l, inspection and cleaning on my gas furnace for very reasonable price. Then based on inspection of both the furnace and AC they were able to work with my home warranty to replace the AC and evaporator unit. The job was completed in a very timely manner and install went great. Very impressed with this company. I highly recommend Hornets for your HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Drew is the owner and has done an excellent install from start to finish. Three of my neighbors had him do complete replacements on their heating and cooling systems. They all recommended him highly and have continued to uses his services for the twice annual inspections. His price on the inspections is less than the majors that advertise on TV. His system prices are very competitive. He installed a Trane system in my home. I also like him as he is a Huntersville resident and lives in the same town as I do. He is an excellent communicator, shows up on time, does what he says he will do. He is the best all around heating and cooling guy I have done business with. he and his crew had masks and foot coverings and very responsible with the current situation with the virus.

Drew showed up prepared and professional. During these challenging times With the stay at home orders due the virus he was prepared. My son and I have respiratory issues and are cautious. Drew was already wearing a mask and kept proper distances. He was careful in his approaches by not having to access the house in this circumstance since it was my downstairs unit located under the house. He communicated with me by phone/text and then texting me pictures of the problem. He texted me all my options proactively and I was able to pay him either by CC or by my phone. I chose phone. He was great in all ways and he didn t take advantage of the situation as I pretty much knew what the problem was and he confirmed it. Drew passed my test. Thanks Drew! FYI: I had another company come check out my problem earlier For their diagnosis and quote (not from home advisor.)and they were not honest/forthcoming.

Drew and his team are amazing! I originally connected with Drew about a year ago when I was having furnace issues with my old house. I had previously called another BIG company and they tried to sell me an entirely new system for $20k. Drew called me back within minutes and replaced just one part to save the day and my bank account! I recently moved into a new house and again started having issues with both my furnace and AC. Drew came out, identified the problem, and after talking it over I decided to move forward with replacing both AC units and both furnaces. Drew and his team did a fantastic job and NO ONE could come close to their prices. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with Drew and his team and would recommend them to anyone who wants: fast, reliable, and affordable service!

Very good experience. Andrew responded quickly with the price quotation. He and his team were courteous and arrived promptly for the project as planned. They completed the furnace replacement within about 4 hours - very good considering the unit location in the attic. Workmanship was excellent. The natural gas connection was tested to ensure no leaks. System start-up completed with no problems. The old furnace and scrap materials were removed from the premises leaving the area clean. Well satisfied with the outcome of the project; just in time for the cooler weather.

Drew was quick to call me back and get out to my fiancéâ s house to see what was going. I called Hornets after another contractor had given a really high estimate on work that needed to be done. What irked me was the other unnamed contractor did not even get up in the attic to evaluate the system up there. Hornets was very thorough and honest in their evaluation, found where the Freon had leaked out and actually got up in the attic to visually inspect the unit up there. They were literally half the price of the other contractor. They came on time, did the job and stuck with their estimate. No surprises. I highly recommend this company.
