Hornets Heating & Cooling

Drew replaced a part on my a/c after doing a routine inspection. My a/c began to blow hot air. When i called him to tell him about it, he told me what time it was and he would call me in the morning. Well morning came and he never called. I called Caryl Mechanical. The technician said that Drew didn't rewire the part he put in incorrectly. The fan motor began to overheat. The technician fixed the problem and charged me for coming out. Drew never called me back. I would not hire him again.

He was very professional and punctual.

He was able to get my heating going fast and made recommendations for the future. He wrote in-depth instructions for any one to read on what he found so others would not require starting from scratch if I ran into more issues and had someone else back out. He was very professtional
