I actually used him a few years ago. He was satisfactory they did the minimum. I have a small fenced in area at the back of my house they would weed eat it and leave the cuttings to burn the grass underneath. I kept asking them to please blow or cut it with a lawn mower but they would not listen. Other than that it was satisfactory at best his price was fair. I called him in the beginning of March 2016 to make sure I would be his customer before he filled up. I spoke directly to Kiser himself. He was very nice and personable on the phone and assured me he has me on the schedule and to call him a week before I needed the work done. I called him at the end of March 2016 for him to come out that my lawn was ready. I have since left message after message after message. I text him, I call him I call two different numbers. He has my cell my home and my email to contact me. Now MY LAWN IS OVERGROWN and I am forced to find someone else to come out for the season. I'm sure they will charge more for the first cut now since her left me in the cold! I AM SO ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. I ASKED HIM IN TEXT AND REPEATED MESSAGES TO PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME...IF HE DIDNT WANT MY BUSINESS...JUST LET ME KNOW....BUT HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT OR DECENCY TO CONTACT ME. I ASK YOU...HOW HARD IS IT TO TEXT SOMEONE?
