Lee came out and priced the system. We had also gotten an estimate from Invisible Fence company, but they did not guarantee success. Lee did, so we went with Dog Watch. Then Phil came out to install the system. It was raining off and on, but he worked through it anyway. There was a little glitch in the installation, but Phil came out and rerouted the wires without a problem. Then he trained me on how to train my husky. This breed is known for ?running? and he told me that proper training is key. Zeke didn?t respond well to the first collar we had. Phil came out to train me again. The system was new to Zeke and being a puppy, he tested the system enough to break through twice. Lee immediately came out and put Plan B into place. It?s been over two years and Zeek still knows his boundaries even if I forget his collar! We have really enjoyed the system over the past two years and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn?t have/want a fenced in yard.

After the fence was installed they did pet training and even came back a second time for additional training. The gentleman who installed the fence, brought back his dog and did a great job of making sure Sophie was trained. The price including the training was very fair. I recommended them to my boss as well, and she was happy.

Came out and worked all day setting up the system in wet conditions. Got it installed and was very patient with the training even after a long install. Would recommend Dogwatch to anyone considerint Hidden fencing for their animals.

We have a rescue dog (blue tick/lab mix) that continually jumps/climbs our fence. We have tried different type of fencing, barriers, shrubs, etc. to no avail. Dog Watchers came out within a week of calling, installed the fence, trained the various members of the household. Still in "training" mode, but both dogs will not go beyond the designated areas. Trainer was very specific on steps. Both dogs experienced "corrections". Boxer only needed one zap. Will NOT go past the flags. Rescue dog, we had to go up on the level of correction twice the first day of training. That was it. Two weeks and still good. No problems so far.

Great experience and very nice people. The prices and quality seem much better than the Invisible Fence Brand to me. Lower overall price and lower battery price for the collar which should be a consideration for future. Both gentlemen I met were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

They fenced a large area which was very rocky and had many tree roots. Although this was very time intensive for them, it didn't change the price. Training was excellent. I called back once for re-assurance when one of my dogs ran through the fence after a deer and they responded promptly and were very helpful. This type of fence was recommended to me by a professional dog trainer instead of the Invisible Fence due to its safety features and the company's emphasis on training.

Installation went well follow was terrible. I asked the to look up additional items and they never did. The installation was not where it was supposed to be. They were more concerned with getting the job done and getting the job done.

The project went very well. Phil was professional and we were pleased overall. Price quoted on the phone was what the job costs with no surprises. I placed a call on Friday afternoon and installer was out Monday morning. This company guarantees satisfaction so I feel confident I will be happy.

I would definitely use him again if I moved as the system seems to top-of-the-line. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and very good with the dogs. They were on time, worked straight through and there were no problems. They left their phone numbers and we are to contact them if there are any problems at all. All in all this is a good company.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND A WONDERFUL GROUP WITH WHICH TO WORK. EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS DESCRIBED AND QUOTED, IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PEOPLE WE WORKED WITH WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ABOUT WHAT OUR DOGS WOULD NEED AND REACT. OUR DOGS, AN 11 YEAR OLD SHEPHERD AND A ONE YEAR OLD MASTIFF, ARE TRAINED TO THE FENCE AND DOING GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY TO EVERYONE THAT IS INTERESTED IN CONTAINING THEIR DOGS WITHOUT A FENCE.
