Carroll Archer at Cornerstone was great. His work was extremely reasonably priced. In fact I voluntarily paid him a little more than he original asked. Even though the job was a bit larger than Carroll had estimated he said that he would stand by his price and his price was a lot lower than other estimates I had received. I started out with one of the largest trees in Charlotte which had an equally large root system. When we called in Cornerstone, most of the trunk stump had been removed but the entire root system remained. He brought his machine as he did a drive-by estimate and since his price was so reasonable, I asked him to start immediately, which he did. I was so happy with the results of his work. It was for me a dream come true: the end of a nightmare. That tree had been so big, I was filled with fear that it would damage somebody or someone’s property every time there were strong winds or heavy rains. After Carroll Archer left, there was no more tree, no more stump and there were no more hideous looking roots. He was pleasant, courteous, conscientious about his work, willing to offer suggestions and help with my other concerns or projects. I would definitely recommend Carroll Archer at Cornerstone and hire him again if I need him!

Caroll was great. He was extremely reasonably priced, as well as recommending Better Rate Tree Service to trim some trees and cut down a dead tree. He was on time, and very nice. I would definitely recomend Carroll at Cornerstone and hire him again if I need him!

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt. They're very nice. I'd recommend them to anybody.
