Description of Work: Providing dual realtor agency in a home purchase. Agent does not check on property and slow to get reports to us. Agent was not there for termite inspection to let inspector into the house.

+ -1 moreThe Office manager never did respond to my complaints regarding Judy Richardson's unethical business practices, nor did she ever return any of my calls after providing me the replacement realtor. It is obvious this office has only one priority and that is to make a profit. I am saddened by the decline in Allen Tate realty as I had used one of their realtors in 1998 and was provided excellent service. I plan to pursue a better business complaint against Judy Richardson and the Huntersville office.
Description of Work: I selected an Allen Tate Realtor from this office (Judy Richardson) because she lived in my neighborhood and sold me (or I should say conned me) into believing she would provide me personalized service. After one month, she had lied to me numerous times, disclosed personal information regarding a neighbor's contract, and refused to provide reliable information regarding the open house she was to have conducted for me. I called her on it and she left me an email stating she was firing me. This was Memorial Day weekend. I left a message for the Office Manager and provided her details on what had happened. I was promised their best realtor if I kept my business with Allen Tate. As I travel nationally each week, I agreed. The replacement realtor was not unethical like Judy Richardson, but did very litle to market my house. I cancelled my contract in August.
