I moved and went to cancel the service and have had nothing but troubles with them. I had cancelled the service back in August 2015 and still fighting them now because they are still charging me for the monthly service, that I have a confirmed email of the cancellation. When I called to ask them about it, they tried to do a bait and switch on me and tried to tell me I owed them more money. I referenced the email and they quickly backed down. I had issues with getting a hold of them via phone or email,many attempts to call and couldn't get through, left a voicemail and never got any call backs. I would avoid them at all costs, the lower monthly rate is not worth the hassle if you have to cancel service.
Description of Work: I had this provider for regular alarm/security monitoring at my residence. It was fine, nothing great, minimal cost , very simple

The customer service was very easy to use. It covers the entire house. The service was very quick. They are very fast to respond if the system goes off.

I paid up front for about $500 worth of equipment including a cellular monitored alarm, extra motion detector, extra door sensor, smoke alarm, etc. A year into my three year contract I wanted out, the fees each month were over twice as much as another competitor. The representative said I could not cancel the contract without paying the remaining 24 months. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was dumped in a voicemail box. No one has returned my call. I understand it is a contract, but I have never dealt with a company who wouldn't let you out of the contract for a fee, especially when you paid for the equipment upfront yourself. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

Installation person was on time and had all necessary items. The company does not make a garage door sensor which was a negative. I know others who have one, and find them valuable. Otherwise, the man was efficient and got the job done in a reasonable period of time. He did not try to hard-sell me on other stuff. He tested everything before he left and had me test the key pad several times.
Description of Work: Spoke with company representative on the phone, and checked website. All questions were answered. Installation person came to my house and installed alarm system.

I like the service this company provides for me. They are very reliable and they are a very large company nationwide and I just feel safe knowing that they protect my home. I ve never had any complaints about them.
