Description of Work: I called Philip at 5pm on a Friday after discovering that the air conditioning was not working in my house. Philip was at my house within two hours repairing the system and my house was cool again a few hours later.

+ -1 moreUnits cooling great even during 95 degree temperatures outside. Upstairs unit can hold temp at 72 even when so hot outside. Would call again, great service and quality.
Description of Work: Clean upstairs and downstairs air conditioners. Added refrigerant to both units and checked that each unit was cooling.

+ -1 moreI had a different company out to inspect my HVAC system as I was selling my home. This other company recommended a duct cleaning, cleaning the indoor & outdoor coils, and replace the capaciter. When Mr. Lowe looked at the items, he said the capaciter did not need replacing and the ducts were clean. He showed me where the other company could not have checked the evaporator (indoor) coil as the silicone seal had not been broken on my unit (so it was clean). He even said my outdoor coil was not that dirty, but I had him clean it anyway just to prove to the buyer that I did something. He was honest, showed up on time, and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
