Absolute Pressure Wash

This is the second time I have used Absolute Pressure Wash and the second time I have been blown away with the customer service and quality of work. He immediately returned my email and even though I thought I knew what was needed, Joel took the time to come to the house first because he thought the deck may not actually need to be stained yet. He was correct and I really appreciate him not wanting to sell services that weren't needed! I sure wish I could find this caliber of professionalism and quality every time I had a need for work around my home. I will always call Joel when I need pressure washing done and highly recommend him to my friends!

Joel pressure washed the entire house, stripped the fence and decking of the mold and stained everything. It went great and for the amount of fencing had, his prices were more than fair after I shopped around for a little. Wonderful to work with and will always tell you whats going on. The weather would not cooperate-but he would always call and let me know. If you are thinking of using him- DO IT!!!

Joel was pleasant to work with while getting a quote, gave me a fair price, showed up when he said he would, and did a good job. Not a whole lot more I could ask for. Thanks Joel!

My overall endorsement is I wish I could clone Joel and have him run all types of contracting business. Joel did an excellent job from start to finish. I have worked on both ends of the service industry for years. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Joel exceeded every one of my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone. Joel was very responsive with the initial contact, he stayed in contact up to the day the work would be performed. He completed the work as promised and his quality of work was excellent. Joel followed up promptly when the work was complete and made the extra effort to ensure I knew he was available if something was unsatisfactory. This is the second excellent experience we've had with Joel and the rest of the crew, and it was just as terrific an experience as the first time. They returned our call within an hour, quickly scheduled a date, they showed up right on time, and the work was simply exceptional. We will be calling them back every time we need some cleaning and pressure washing done.

I had used Joel in the past to pressure wash my own house and driveway which he did a superb job on. When our daughter was getting ready to sell her house I contacted him to pressure wash her house. Joel answered my call right away and even remembered that he had done work for us previously. He came out within a day or so to do daughters house and again did a superb job at a great price. I will always use him for any pressure washing needs we have. Highly recommend him

Joel responded within 15 minutes of leaving voicemail and we discussed him coming out and doing an estimate, with the possibility of doing the work next day. He arrived quicker than expected for the estimate and offered to do the work right then since he had all the supplies needed. Came home later that evening and found the areas he treated looked significantly better. Great experience, he's a true professional.

We are from the north (Illinois), purchased a house last year on a wooded park like setting in the Denver NC area. Being from the north we are learning about the negative impacts of the southern pollen season, along with all the things that fall and crawl on a wooded lot. We were lucky to find Absolute Pressure Wash on top of Angie's List. In the initial phone call, talking with Joel, we found that he had done our house before for a prior owner. Over the phone I was immediately comfortable with Joel. Along with the very good Angie's List reviews, I knew this was the guy coming to the house to do the pressure washing. Over the phone with Joel we discussed the work to be done - pool deck and fencing, complete driveway from the street to the house, 700 square foot outdoor screened in pavilion, 3 car garage floor, and the entire exterior for the 4,200 square foot two story house. The initial quote seemed a bit steep at $ 800, broken down $ 450 for the house, $ 200, for the drive $ 150 for the pavilion and pool deck. With a little haggling due to the scope of work and an Angie's List referenced discount, I got it down to $ 710. I decided to go with it and Joel and Alex came out to the house perfectly on time. They were both super easy to deal with, helped move furniture in and out of the garage and pavilion, listened and acted intently on any points of concern that either my wife or I brought up. All of the work Joel and Alex did was great. They used commercial outdoor bleach with a rinsing agent, as well as doing a full on water rinse afterwards. They had all of the right power tools and scrubbing machines for the floors and driveway. Both Joel and Alex were at the house for a full 4 hours in the morning, with Alex finishing up in the afternoon for another 4 hours. Joel and Alex did a great job, were quality people using quality materials, were super friendly and easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again next year.

The deck is 33 years old and has definitely seen better days. Absolute Pressure Wash did a great job removing the old stain, cleaning, staining and sealing. There was quite a bit of mildew on the deck and surrounding walls -- all of it was removed. The deck looks great. Absolute was easy to work with -- worked around a lot of rain and they made themselves accessible via phone and email. They gave us options for the stain color and created samples on-site so we could see what it would look like on our deck. It had been 5 years since the last time it had been treated and the deck required a lot of sealer/stain because of that. Well done, Absolute!

Joel is one of the best finds on Angies list. Very honest and does a great job. I will be using him every year to do our pressure washing.

We had an ugly stain from the hvac that they were able to remove. They did a good job cleaning the house and 2 sheds.

Joel arrived promptly to give me an estimate, and showed up as agreed to do the work (even though it was raining hard that day). He had to work harder than he anticipated to strip the deck, because the previous application of stain was not done correctly. Even so, the price remained as quoted. He then removed 30 years of grime from our very large concrete driveway, and it looks great. Joel was personable, polite and well-mannered. I will definitely use his services in the future.

Joel and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up a mess made by a contractor in our neighborhood; dealing with some pretty bad dusty concrete residue. We hired Absolute Pressure Wash to pressure wash our entire house; the front walkway, the driveway, and our back patio. Due to the pressure washing, the patio had to be re-stained and Joel suggested an awesome terra cotta color that we absolutely LOVE! I would recommend Joel and his team for quality workmanship, punctuality, professionalism, and just because they are great, friendly folks! Thank you, Joel!

A really great experience! I called for an estimate and Joel came that very day. The price he quoted was fair, and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the power wash for the next week and the stain application the week after that. They showed up on time and were very professional. When the stain they ordered did not arrive on time he called to let me know he didn't think he'd be able to apply the stain that day. When I mentioned that I had company coming and was really hoping to get it done Joel went out of his way to get the appropriate stain and came and did the work. He was very courteous and professional at all time. Very good experience and would highly recommend Absolute Pressure Wash.

I highly recommend this company. Joel, one of the owners, was very responsive to my request for a bid. He was out the next day as promised. We agreed on a price and schedule. They showed up early, explained what they were going to do, did everything very professionally, then walked me around to inspect their work. It looks terrific and we could not be more pleased.

I had some mildew accummulating on the vinyl siding on the north side of my house. I had been meaning to take care of it and it had gotten pretty nasty looking. I spoke with Joel and he was able to schedule the power washing very quickly, within just a few days. It was done while I was at work and he emailed me the invoice. I have inspected the work and everything looks great now. There were no problems whatsoever and Joel is very easy to work with.

Joel and his team did a great job at our house. After 13 years, our drive and front walk was in need of a good cleaning.Our back deck also needed cleaning. Joel helped me decide that it was not in need of resealing just yet, so that saved us a few bucs. Absolute pressure washing was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them and was very satisfied with the price and quality of their work. Joel came out and gave me a quote, and arrived promptly on the day of our scheduled work. They took their time and did a beautiful job.I think my driveway was cleaner than my kitchen floor that day! Afterwards, we decided to reapply sealant to protect the longevity of the cement. Joel explained to me that most costumers skip this process because it is rather expensive. And it is, but water beads up on our driveway like water on a duck's back. The extra effort will keep our drive looking nice, and protect our investment as well. Absolutel Pressure Washing was totally transparent in the pricing, and application process. There were no surprises when the job was done. On time and excellent job at a fair price. This company uses both a power brush and pressure wands. Resulting in concrete surfaces that are clean and streak free. And they treated the surfaces with bleach to kill mold spores. They are now my go to company for concrete and stucco cleaning.

Joel came by to access my deck. Provided an estimate and set a date. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather but Joel kept in constant contact. They completed the stripping and scheduled to come back and stian. Stain was completed and my deck looks absolutely gorgeous! Excellent job and Excellent customer service.

Folks,there is a reason this company is listed with Angies list. They are friendly, professional, punctual and great at what they do. I knew my fence was white but had forgotten what it looked like new. They brought it back to its original white and shine. I was impressed. If you want something cleaned up, these guys, Joel and Alex ,can do it for you. I give them all A's and my total approval.
