Absolute Pressure Wash

Excellent work. Very prompt at responding to request for quote and then arrived on the day that we had scheduled and completed the work. They did great work since some of the areas were very dirty since they are tree covered. They also cleaned a very areas that we did not request. .

Great, they use a detergent and low pressure so its safe for windows and paint. They also rinse the windows in de-ionized water (iirc) that leaves them streak free. FAR better than the last company that pressure washed my house and chipped my paint, etc. The house looks amazing. They also are very friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Joel was great to deal with from start to finish. He gave me the estimate over the phone and we set the date for service. On the day of the service I asked him to include the deck and he accommodated me without a problem. Everything at the house was pretty moldy but he was able to bring it to back to good as new. He pointed out some peeling paint around the door before pressure washing it and explained that it would take the paint off and gave me the option of what I wanted to do. I will be calling him back to do the garage floor as soon as I get it cleaned out.

Absolute was responsive, professional and provided quality options and services. For services I needed that they did not provide they aligned partners that also were top quality. Joel and Alex showed up on time and went right to work, they got all the black streaks on the gutters and mildew on the eaves completely off, also got all the red clay and black mildew off our concrete driveway, it actually looks white; the brick path also had the black mildew in the grout seams eliminated. Everything looks great, like a new house. They treat the water so when it hits the windows it sheets off and leaves no spots, which was an added bonus. They explained what chemicals they use, how long it would take, and the price. No surprises. A very good investment if you are considering selling. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Joel made an appointment to come out and look at my project and give me an estimate. Then he called to see if it was convenient for me if he came EARLY to look at the situation! That worked well for me, and we agreed on a time and price for him to do the job early the following week. Joel showed up on time and he and his partner used two machines to to wash all the areas we had discussed. They took care to move plants and use low pressure on my PVC fence to avoid any damage. They finished in one hour a project that would have taken me several days on my own with a rented machine. The owner (Joel) and his partner were very professional and I've already scheduled APW to come back after pollen season to wash the house, porch and deck.

Joel was amazing - an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, walked us through the process before/during/after, and the house looked great. He also made some helpful observations he noted during his work (potential leaf guard replacement due to rusting, fading/wear of shutters (and ease to replace them)). He is exactly what you hope for when hiring somebody to do work on your house. Another example to illustrate - he was scheduled to perform work on Friday, but noted the weather forecast was turning colder. Since the temp needs to be above 55 for the type of detergent he uses, he took the initiative to display excellent customer service. He called us Thursday morning and rearranged his schedule so he could come out Thursday rather than Friday. Imagine that - a service provider moving mountains to anticipate obstacles and and overcome them. Many companies may well have called Friday morning, said it was too cold, and just rescheduled 3 weeks down the road. That's not Joel and not Absolute Pressure Wash. He takes pride in his company, is extremely passionate and knowledgeable regarding his trade, and on top of it all is a genuinely nice human being. 5 stars do not do him justice. Thank you Joel!!!

Called back promptly after leaving message to set up the service. I needed the work done quickly and they were able to fit me in the same week. Arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in a timely manner. The house, deck and gates look great.

Joel and Alex did an amazing job power washing our home from top to bottom. The pavement is so bright I practically need sunglasses on to look at it! Overall great experience that I would highly recommend to any homeowner.

Joel and his team communicate so well from getting the quote, setting up the appointment date and arriving when promised. He and his assistant did a beautiful job of removing mildew and grime from the trim....our house now looks like it has been repainted. We have used Absolute Pressure Wash for our driveway and walkways in the past as well as the trim years ago. He always supplies a first rate service...I would never call anyone else.

Joel and Alex are professionals. They delivered everything they promised. Our house is on the lake so we get mold and the eaves had a lot of spider webs. The driveway was stained from the black bark mulch we put down. After they did their magic, it all looks amazing. We recommend AWP and will hire them next year.

I purchased an offer to pressure wash, but because of the way my house is set up, they were not able to perform the service. I have fabric awnings on the second floor, and needed the gutters cleaned. Joel made a point to come by and look at the house, and was up front that they only work from the ground, and the solution they use would harm the awnings. Despite the fact that they couldn't do the work, Joel's attention to detail, and his honesty is worthy of an A.

It took him three times over to get the black mildew off, but he was willing to keep working until the deck looked great. It looks like a completely different stain now that it's so clean.

Joel contacted me promptly after I sent an email and scheduled a time for him to stop by for an estimate. He called back after evaluating the project with an estimate and the work was scheduled for the following week. The house, driveway, sidewalk, and back patio was in desperate need of cleaning and I could not believe the incredible difference when I came home after the work had been completed.
