 + -1 moreFireplace was left with a gas leak detected by homeowners in middle of night. Contractors and subs would not show up for days/even a week at a time (without notice). Subcontractors worked without supervision for days at a time. Incorrect tile (expensive, we absorbed the cost of waste) installed in two different locations. Rooms needed to be repainted three times. Subcontractor used toilet that was not connected to outlet and left urine for days. My husband had to remove toilet from home. No apologies nor price adjustments made for these errors. Work took 2 1/2 times as long as estimate.
Description of Work: Contractors "oversaw" subcontractors (many unknown to them at the time) to renovate our 1,200 square foot basement, including moving walls, installing new floor, installing new doors, new cabinetry, new gas fireplace, remodel existing bathroom, install new lighting.

Description of Work: 6:48 Renovations built a new, free-standing, all brick garage with a completely shelfed upper loft area serving as a tutoring office. They screened in and placed a shingled roof on a back porch, and they built built stairs and a railing leading to attic, replacing triple drop ladder.
