H&W Cleaning

Nancy and her team were wonderful! They cleaned EVERYTHING; they even moved furniture if they were able, and cleaned under it! Now my home is spotless, and I have already scheduled a maintenance clean with Nancy in 2 weeks!

Nancy cleans my home every four weeks, busily from top to bottom and has done so for the seven months since I wrote my first review. She arrives at 10 am sharp and usually works from two to four hours depending on how big a mess I've made. Had cataract surgery in June and now have a much better perspective on just how good a job she does. Have used Nancy for about eighteen months of a monthly basis. Only change was to go from every four weeks to the second Tuesday of the month (easier for any old guy to remember). Have continued to be very pleased with her timing, work, and every aspect of her performance, and have no problem with recommending her.

Nancy and Kristi have been cleaning for us for over five years. They know our routine and accommodate out schedule. When they know we are having a special event they will begin a couple of weeks early deep cleaning each room our our home. If we are having a party they will rearrange their schedule so they clean the day before so everything is perfect. At times when we have to be out of town for the day they will even come by and walk our dog for us. Couldn't ask for any one more professional and hard working than Nancy.

Nancy actually arrive about 10 min. early and waited until it was 8 am to ring the doorbell. Went to work and didn't stop for about six hours. Asked to come back in two days to finish, Arrived again at 8 am and when back to work until that afternoon. When finished floors couldn't get any clearer and the same could be said for the rest of the house. That was over three weeks ago and I'm still finding places she cleaned that I haven't noticed before. The place has never been so clean. All in all she cleaned for about 14 hours and her charge was so low, I increased to the amount shown. Now have her scheduled to come back back on a monthly basis.

She came out last week. She came out five minutes early. She seemed to be very knowledgeable, very professional, and nice. She wrote everything down when she was coming. She made sure that the price was okay with me. She said she would be more than glad to work with me on the payment if I found it hard to pay. She spoke well and had a very good demeanor. She has come out only once.
