We lived in the renovation so it took longer than it would have if we had moved out. Roy was very clear about that ahead of time and there were no surprises. We were extremely pleased with all the work and are very proud of our new home.

This was an excellent experience for us. We knew that a project of this size would be very disruptive to our household and were prepared to be as flexible as possible to make sure we did not get in the way of the work being done and make it take longer than necessary. What we found was the Capital Construction work crews went out of their way to make sure we were disrupted as little as possible. Whenever we showed up during the day someone would stop work to tell us what was going on and answer any questions we had. At the end of each day any tools, supplies or materials were gathered up and put somewhere as much out of our way as possible. Every day when we came home all of the trash and debris from whatever work was done was hauled to the dumpster or piled out of the way to be taken away later. Everyone who worked on this project was skilled and cared about their work. As with any project of this size there were a few problems along the way but they were there to take care of it immediately and without complaint - including one Sunday and a holiday! They took the time to make suggestions and help us make decisions so that we were sure to be happy with the end result - and we are delighted. It feels almost as if we have a brand new house now and we're proud to show it off whenever we get the chance. We highly recommend Roy and his crews to anyone needing this kind of service. As far as we're concerned - they are the best!

They are a local company. We have used him in the past, and now for the consultations. We keep hiring him back due to his good tenability, competent, professionalism, and responsiveness. We didn't have any bad dealings at all. Compare to the interactions that we had with other builders, we think they go above and beyond. We think they don't need any improvement. Their price is reasonable, but it is not low.

Requested a quote since I had seen their work at a friend's kitchen and bath remodel. Quote was a little more than what I wanted to spend so we made a few changes to the scope of work and agreed upon a price. A 10% downpayment was made before construction started. They were able to start the work pretty quickly and demo went quickly. They did a good job of putting protection down on the floor from the front door to through the bedroom to the bathroom to protect the hardwood floors. The mess was kept to a minimum. The tile work came next and was exceptional. Lots of attention to detail, especially in the shower. The custom made vanity was exactly like the picture I showed them and was stained to match the mirror I had picked out. The finish work took a little longer than estimated, but was within reason. They had someone clean the bathroom and any surrounding rooms that were affected by the remodel. A partial payment(draw) was made half way through the process and the final payment made when complete. I had a small punch list of items that were taken care of quickly. Throughout the process, I had no issue with trusting them in my house even when I was not there. They were in contact by phone frequently as questions came up and were responisve to my phone calls and questions. Overall it was a very good experience. Would use them again and would recommend them as well. This was a small scale job but was treated the same as if it was a much larger job.

We have built three homes and this was by far the best building experience we have had.

This is the third house that we've built on this property. This is a two acre property on the lake. Out of the three builders that we've used, he is the only one that we would recommend. All the workers were very polite and wanted to please. They did outstanding work for our house. We would highly recommend them.
