The job went smoothly! After I called the night before, they came out first thing in the morning to assess the job and the condition of the roof. They went back to the shop to retrieve the necessary materials; within an hour they had returned to perform the repairs. They were completed within two hours. Three men were involved with the job. Johnnie Frazier and his crew were superb! Extremely friendly and professional. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it! They cleaned up the site after they were completed. Very efficient and responsive! I will definitely use them again should the need arise! I strongly recommend this company to anyone with roofing issues!

Jonnie Frazier did a fine job. The repair was slowed by rain interfering, but he came on dry days and finished up professionally.

The job went very well. He returned by phone calls. Was prompt in arriving on time. He was most professional and explaining what needed to be done, what parts were needed, and the time it would take to do the repair job. His price was reasonable for the job and also getting up on the roof which was a 10 over 12 pitch and making the repairs. He also helped out another neighbor to get their roof repaired as well. I would recommend him again.

The gentleman who came out was the owner and he was very professional. He went over everything and he even had a brochure explaining what they would do, the options, and what affects it would have. The complete proposal he did right here when he came in. It was already written out and I believe there was a discount on it. The original price that he quoted me was $9475 and that was if I paid by credit card, or $9200 if it was cash or check. He gave me a couple of options. He could have told me that I would need some additional work but he basically dropped himself out of it [24:51] up there putting in the vinyl, they actually made a repair for me without charging or anything. His punctuality was good, however, he set up a time to be here at 9 o'clock in the morning and he called saying he was running late but he'd be here by 11, and he was.
