Wayne came to our residence to conduct a survey of our roof after we encountered a number of leaks. Wayne wrote up a proposal of work to be done to remedy the leaks on my roof. The proposal was very detailed and addressed the steps that Wayne and his people would take to repair our leaky roof. My wife and I decided to have Mr. Ducolon complete the repair work that was outlined in his proposal. Mr. Ducolon and his employee arrived on time at our house on repair day. Mr. Ducolon went over the work requirements for the job and outlined the repair procedures. The repair work took about 8 hours. After final inspection of the required work, Mr. Ducolon and his employee departed our home. Thank u for a great job Wayne.

Mr. Docolon and his associate went above and beyond on repairing the shingles on my roof. Wayne was respectable and professional during each face-to-face meeting and phone conversation. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend him to others.

Wayne impressed me as very knowledgeable about roofing repair as he assessed the roofing situation and explained it to my satisfaction. The next work day he showed up and completed the task in a timely manner. He is a man of his word who stands behind his work. I certainly would hire him again.

Mr Ducolon called within 24 hours of my request.He arrived when the appointment was scheduled.His estimate was fair and reasonable.Work was completed on time.They went above and beyond cleaning up.You could not tell tell any repairs had been done (removal of skylights and then roof over).If in the future I should need a roofing work I will call Mr Ducolon again.

Wayne was timely and very upfront about everything from start to finish.
