Scott was nothing short of amazing. He got back to me promptly, arrived within the timetable we had agreed upon, and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable of his trade. Also to be noted he was fair and honest. Scot fixed my unit so good that it stopped displaying symptom thaT I as a electrician had come to believe were normal. I would and will recomeed Scot anyone who has anytype of AC/Heating problem. Big boys, be on notice, the thing in your mirror is closer than you think! Thank you so much Scotts Air
