Mike came out, did his job and finished and waited for my client to share the news. After, waiting a hour and half. He callled and said, he was leaving. We thought he would take hours. We then apologzed and he said you will have your report tommorrow morning. As a agent, I knew it qold be tommorrow wvening maybe next day. Nope, we had thw email very next mornng amazing. That went straight to the lender as we were in a 30 day contract to closing situation. Good job Mike. Your my new guy, when Im in your neck of the woods.
