DCS of Fayetteville offers the following pressure washing services. -Home and Business Exterior Power Washing. We utilize, hot water, cold water, soft water, high pressure, and low pressure systems. We also utilize specific soaps and solutions for every type of surface to be cleaned (i.e. Aluminum, brick, vinyl, block, stucco, etc). We use a two-step cleaning process to clean fall-out pollutants and then to clean 'living' pollutants. We carry up-to-date licensing and certifications by the industry's leading organizations that teach in a formal classroom setting and strict testing guidelines. -Exterior Sealing (Carries a ONE-YEAR warranty against the return of ANY mold/mildew, algae, and artillery fungus). -Concrete/Asphalt Hydro-Surface Cleaning. We utilize specialized equipment to clean flat surfaces to ensure even cleaning leaving no "tiger stripes" or remaining contaminates. We utilize concrete brighteners as well to ensure it's restored like new again. -Wood Cleaning/Restoration. This includes all fencing and decks. Utilizing low pressure and specific oxidizing solutions, we can effectively restore your treated and untreated fencing and decks to it's highest potential. -ROOF CLEANING! We are now offering professional roof cleaning services. We utilize the ONLY approved cleaning method by the ARMA to restore and clean your roof. This is a soft cleaning technique. By cleaning your roof, it will ensure that your home-owners insurance company doesn't cancel your policy for a damaged roof. This process will also lower your monthly utility bill by offering effective insulation and reflective properties of an asphalt shingle roof. By cleaning and maintaining your roof, you will save thousands (up to tens of thousands) in costly replacement or repairs. Lastly, by utilizing our cleaning/restoration services, you will be adhering to annual maintenance on your home's exterior. Most people don't realize that these services MUST be completed annually to maintain your home, and in most cases your home is YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENT! The company was easy to deal with, punctual, convenient, affordable and detail oriented. My house looks amazing and I would use them again in a heartbeat! I felt very comfortable having them on our property and he was awesome with our barking dogs and horses in the pasture next to the house. This is a veteran owned business, let's support out veterans!!
