real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI recently wanted to have an appraisal of my condo to see just what the value was and see if it was a good time to put it on the market. I selected Mike Brown of Brown Appraisals on a recommendation from a friend. Mr. Brown arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The inspection lasted about 30 minutes and he inquired about all updates. The appraisal report was back to me in 4 days. Even though I hoped the value would be more, the report was detailed, accurate, and easy to understand. I would recommend this appraiser. (As I am over 60 years old, I also got the senior discount).
