Exceptional job. ACS - American Cleaning Service - Exceeded my expectations. The exterior of my home has never been this clean before. I have had power washing done before, but never has anyone been so thorough and paid such attention to detail. Josh did an outstanding job for me.

Josh was a real pro. He walked around my property with me, wrapped my gardens to avoid overspray, and gave me a great deal on my house and deck getting washed at the same time.

Josh exceeded all of my expectations. He was able to arrange his schedule to work with my request. Then he worked his butt off for 3 solid hours and the results exceeded my expectations across the board. He will be my only call for pressure washing needs in the future

Josh did a wonderful job removing algae stains from about a third of my roof. Although barely five-years-old, the asphalt shingles in that area of the roof (not much sun) were badly stained--and getting them replaced is a big hassle. Josh answered my initial request very promptly and quickly sent a written quote after listening to my concerns and seeing the photos of the stained shingles. He arrived on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job: he took great care with the shingles, and the roof looks like new. He is very polite and professional--and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his work. I will be contacting him with any future power-washing work I need done in the future.

Josh is amazing!! On time, great work, positive attitude—loved the entire process. I had some pretty nasty stuff growing on one of my houses and I didn’t know if he was going to be able to get it off but he did! Looks like a brand new house. I will definitely use him again.
