Description of Work: "The Meadows team were engaged to pressure wash the exterior of our house, garage, back porch, walkways and driveway. Our house is two stories and about 4700 square feet and we have a long concrete driveway. |We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and actually tipped the work team. The house and driveway looked like new. The job was well thought out and the three workers on site worked together very efficiently. We have lived in Greenville for over twenty years and have had three residences pressure washed multiple times. This was by far the best job we have ever had. We plan to use this company for painting and other work we may have in the future. "

 + 0 moreI was wary that Jason could get the house clean since most of the discoloration was caused by copper leaching onto paint and stucco. He said he could do it, and he did. He even scrubbed BY HAND particularly difficult spots until they were clean. They demonstrated a true work ethic not seen much anymore!

The business is pretty busy this time of year so the work had to wait a couple of weeks after I called to come out but they did exactly what they said they'd do in the time frame they said they could do it in. All that were involved were very professional and pleasing to be around.
Description of Work: We had them pressure wash the entire house and the deck. Then we asked that they restain the deck. They did a fabulous job and the house looks great. We were able to pick out the exact color we wanted for the deck and the workmanship was very high quality.

 + 2 moreWe were really satisfied with the way they did the work and the finished product and their manner of doing things. They were polite and courteous. They knew what they were doing. Instead of scraping the wood like people used to do now they spray wash it to get loose lid off, I did even ask him about that and he said we are glad that we can service your house and it is like an extra bonus. We would recommend them and we would also use them again ourselves.

 + 0 moreTodd and his crew worked diligently and did a thorough job. I was satisfied from start to finish.
Description of Work: Meadows Painting Inc. came to my house on one day and did a complete and thorough pressure washing to the exterior of the house to prep for painting the eaves and other wood area of our brick home. After a rain delay of several days, the Meadows' crew was back. Todd Meadows discovered some rotted wood that needed replacing. Upon closer examination, we discovered an entire window sill that needed to be replace. Todd originally agreed to pressure wash and pain the exterior, as well as buy and replace the wooden shutters with new composite shutters for $1,350. Once he figured the cost of wood, PVC replacements for the sill and brick molding, he added $210 to the price since those items were not in the original estimate. I thought both the initial price and the additional charges were reasonable. A good portion of the $120 added charge was to cover materials that he provided. After painting, he rehung the storm windows and assisted my wife in washing the windows before they were remounted.
