Austin came to our home and was very professional. He was prepared to analyze the situation properly. He took many photos around the house and even found a leak issue we couldn't find ourselves. We hired him to remove flying squirrels from our attic, which was an issue for many years. He installed seamless gutter guards, fixed a leak in my gutter, and removed all flying squirrels over a period of time once he sealed the home. He also made sure that this shouldn't be an issue moving forward by doing such a fantastic job. His work took time, but it needs to when you have so much involved. In addition, his pricing was great and he guarantees his work. If you have any issues like me, then you should hire Wild Science Solutions.

It went fantastic - Austin Tate was completely professional and did all he could to ensure that this would no longer be a problem for us. Even when we thought we were hearing something he'd be here within 24 hours to check it out, install cameras in our attic and make sure any preventative measures were made. Austin Tate of Wild Science Solutions is a biologist who is a true professional. He ascertained that we had squirrels in our attic (we had had raccoons earlier this year and had employed a terrible company). He set traps for the squirrels, sealed 170 ft of guttered construction gap between our roof and attic with galvanized aluminum z-flashing after making certain that all squirrels were out, cleaned up the attic and pointed out spots on wires that the squirrels had chewed that required taping. This job required several visits to my home that he scheduled for my availability and for which he was always punctual. At the end, he provided a 2-year warranty. Now 3 days later, this is the first time in months that I can sit in my office without hearing the pitter-patter of feet in the attic. While he was here, he also trapped a mole that was tunneling through our newly sown grass. He will definitely be our go-to guy for any future animal issues.

Austin was very courteous, friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment and he called me just prior to his appointment time letting me know that he was on the way. It's clear that he knows his business. He was able to quickly identify that we had a mole not voles and showed us a trap that he uses to catch them. He educated us on what we could do and what was effective. He showed us how to use the trap and where would be the good areas to put it. He was flexible and open to either letting us try to catch the critter or he could do it for us. He would not let us pay him for his time/consult. I highly recommend Austin.

Mr. Tate was very professional and responsive. He took time to answer all of our questions. He completed the work timely and for a fair price. It was a pleasure to work with him. At his first inspection visit he crawled around the attic and found multiple issues with bats and birds. I appreciated how he took pictures and showed me what we were dealing with. After the initial consultation he provided several estimates for different degrees of work to address the problems. He helped me cut costs at places where I needed to. He performed the work on separate visits and was always respectful to my family and our schedule. I would recommend his service to anyone.
