We had them spray through the summer, good service, responsive. Would use again.

The service went fine. They kind of messed up the Big Deal purchase. They got confused on how to process it and what the tax is for. I think we did negotiate on something else so it ended up costing more than the $129 Big Deal.

They are great! Not only did the deal include three visits in a year, but they actually contacted me to remind me to schedule the second appointment. I will be using them again. They are professional and honest.

Prompt, efficient, showed up exactly on time, got rid of the wasps nest and hornets nest in 15 minutes flat. (he wore a bee suit which helped). Sprayed exterior of house for prevention of general pests. My only suggestion for improvement-- he removed the (poisoned) nests by simply throwing them in the woods behind the house. From my own research into wasp/hornet extermination -- they usually suggest leaving the sprayed/poisoned nest at the "scene of the crime" so that any remaining wasps who were out for the day , when they return to the nest at night (which they always do), they will ingest poison from the residue on the nest and die. Otherwise, they will simply build a new nest elsewhere on the premises. wasps returned 2 weeks later, they had built a nest in the attic and started flying into the house. I called them back, they sent someone else out to look around, he couldn't find the nest but thought it was probably in the eaves. He said to call them again if I noticed increased activity of wasps flying back and forth between attic and the rest of the house. That was not terribly helpful, I resorted to using foggers and taping the attic door crevices shut with duct tape, which seemed to do the trick (preventing wasps from coming into the house)

I have used this company before for multiple properties I own, and have been very happy with Jacob, the service technician. He is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and the company claims they are willing to come between scheduled service calls if there is a problem. So far, haven't had a problem with any of the locations they have been servicing, so will continue to use them for my properties.

It was just okay. When I got into the fine print, it was only 2 services a year so when I looked at the cost per visit, it wasn't a great deal.

I have since signed up for the monthly plan with Triangle Pest and have been very satisfied with their service. They are very responsive and the technicians seems very knowledgeable of the different issues. Overall, we are very pleased with them as our provider.

The gentleman who came to our house was on time, cheerful, and very polite. He asked a few questions to confirm why we needed the service, he explained everything that he was going to do, how the chemicals worked, what to expect, and that they were safe for kids and pets. Every time he came into the house he asked permission and put on covers over his shoes. He also asked permission whenever he needed to go into a new area, such as the 2nd floor, attic and crawl space; he didn't overdo it, though, and I appreciated the heads up. The roaches took a few weeks longer to disappear than he had explained, about 4-5 weeks from date of treatment, but we have been roach-free since then.

Mr. McClean was friendly, prompt, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We'd definitely have him come out again!

First I received an email the night before with the technicians picture and name. Nice, for security purposes. The technician called beforehand, asked if it was too early. I told him no problem. He arrived with a trainee. He was very informative, went over all that they would do, and what the service would include each time. They went to work, asking questions when they were unsure or wanted to know about a room or location in the home. They finished inside, went outside, then knocked on front door when finished. He explained what they had done to the entire home. He answered any questions I had, he was very knowledgeable about the services he performed and his company provided. Then he told when he would be back, the schedule they would be keeping. That I would be notified before they came, but would not need to be home. However, if I had an issue with pests to give them a call and they would be out to take care of it. I am extremely pleased with this company and the service. I would tell anyone considering this company at all to just do it. It is worth it for the service. That is so hard to find these days.

They came out when they said they would. Very friendly and easy to deal with. The only thing that i noticed is that the treatment was not as good as some other treatments i have had in the past i never did take them up on the warranty and have them come back out and respray (my fault). Dusting worked much better for me than this service.

No problems since their visit. Clearly explained what the issue was and what his plan was to resolve it.

They came out the same day and it went very smoothly. In the first week, we only saw a few dead bugs, but otherwise they are all gone.

Saw sugar ants coming from yard to front porch. Called next day and they came and sprayed. Very good response and professional service. Recommend and will use again.

Willie came out to the house the day after I contacted them for service. I knew I wanted to set up a long term contract, and he worked with me to determine the best plan for me. We talked about areas of concern and migration steps I could take. Looking forward to having them come out regularly.

I've had Triangle Pest Control perform mosquito & tick treatments on my lawn twice this year (two consecutive months), once at the $79 Angie's List price, and once at the regular price of $99. My lawn is a massive mosquito trap, so it was absolutely worth the money. With a couple days of the first treatment was difference was obvious. I typically can't even walk to my car without getting 5 mosquito bites, but I've probably only had 5 bites total in the past month & a half. Can't recommend it enough.

Friendly staff, great service. Took two treatments within 30 days to keep the bugs out but now we are still great several months later. Worked great on the ants outside and the yellow jackets. Do not use outside chemicals if you have a lot of wildlife, reptiles or aquatic life on your property. Learned that the hard way. We will use them for inside treatments for sure in the future.
