Description of Work: They inspected the premises. They had to do it again because the original inspector quit. Then they applied the treatment. My initial order was March 16th. The treatment was done on May 5th. The delay was due to: 1) the original inspector quit; 2)I kept waiting for them to call. You have to call them. They don't call you. If I had understood that, things would have gone much more quickly. When the inspectors or appliers showed up, they were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: I found a great deal on Angie's List for some pest control work by Triangle Pest Control. The Service Tech arrived right on time and explained exactly what he would be doing that day and wanted to know if I had any questions at all. After he finished with the spraying he removed all the outside spiderwebs and such and then checked back a final time with us to see if there was anything else he could do. Very professional young man and I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Description of Work: These guys are true professionals. Great to work with. We hired them for termite treatment. They came on time, explained their process well and did the work without a fuss.

Description of Work: TPC came out and treated several areas for ants which completely eliminated the problem within the next week. They were very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Used Angie's List's Big Deal coupon for a one-time pest prevention service. It was a good, quick and easy service. The pests stay away about six months when this is done.

Description of Work: The initial set-up and treatment appointment went very well. But we still saw several pests in the week after the treatment. I arranged for them to come back out to respray. The office said that they could respray 7-10 days after the initial appointment. So, we adjusted our schedules to be home for another afternoon for the follow-up, but when the technician came back, he said they really shouldn't spray again until 2 weeks after the initial spray. So, we have to reschedule again and adjust our schedules to be home. Everyone has been nice, but consistency is needed so that everyone doesn't waste their time.

Description of Work: I use Triangle Pest Control as my regular pest control company. They do my termite inspection, spray my yard for mosquitoes, ticks and red ants. They also came out when a handy man discovered insects inside of a wood windowsill that he was replacing. Samples were taken of the insects and the wood. They conferred with an entomologist at NC State to determine that I had Paper Lice in my window sill. I really like the people at Triangle Pest Control - they are always polite, and punctual and redo if there is a problem. I have used them for about 3 years.
